The cream has a wonderful vanilla flavor and can be enriched with flavor pastes and food colorings.

Contents: 500 grams. Preparation:

• Ingredients must be at room temperature.
• For one serving: add 125 ml water to 125 g of the mix and beat with a whisk.
• Let the mixture rest for at least one hour.
• Beat 150 g unsalted butter for about 5 minutes.
• Gradually add the mixture to the butter, beating until fully absorbed.
• Beat until it becomes a smooth buttercream (about 10 minutes).

A portion of buttercream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake or to decorate about 12 cupcakes.
