This cake mix has that wonderful caramel flavor and even contains small pieces of crunchy cookies. Just add butter, eggs, and a little water, and your batter is ready for baking! Whether as a loaf cake or cupcakes, you choose!

  • Simply add butter and eggs, and use the batter to make a cake or cupcakes.
  • Content: 400 grams.

Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C). In a bowl, place 500 grams of the mix, 250 grams of butter, 4 large eggs (about 220 grams), and 3 tablespoons of water, and mix at low speed for 4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Grease and flour a 10-inch/24 cm mold or an 8-inch/20 cm round baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 70 minutes until golden brown. To make cupcakes, line a muffin tray with (approximately 20) paper baking cups and fill the cups halfway with batter. Bake at 180°C (convection oven 160°C) for about 18 minutes.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil and fat (palm, rapeseed, shea), raising agent: E450, E500, E334, starch (rice), glucose syrup (dried), emulsifier: E475, E471 (palm, rapeseed), E322 (soy), salt, malt mix (glucose syrup, barley syrup, malt extract), herbs and spices (cinnamon), preservative: E202, water, milk powder (skimmed), thickener: E415, milk (skimmed concentrated), flavoring (milk), sugar (burnt), inverted sugar syrup, color: E160b, natural flavor. May contain traces of: egg and lupine.

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place.
