The Pentair 2G Slimline White dual water filter system is installed under the counter and connects directly to the cold-water supply, filtering the water as it flows from the tap. The first stage uses a 5 μm polypropylene filter to trap solid particles, while the second uses a Pure CTOP 2510-05 coconut-shell carbon block filter to reduce chlorine, odors and sediment, and improve taste.

The filter housing is made of plastic and has ½″ male brass inlet and outlet connections. It accepts 10″ filters. The replacement filter features Hydrophilic treatment and a nominal filtration rating of 5 μm. It can reduce chlorine taste and odor in more than 64,350 liters of water at a flow rate of 3.8 liters per minute. The system operates at temperatures up to 51.7 °C and pressures up to 8.6 bar. Its materials are certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 42, while the replacement filter is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 and ISO 9001.
