The mount is generally considered stable and holds the phone securely, even with a case. Reviewers say it withstands bumpy roads and high speeds. However, some note that vibrations can shift its position and that the locking mechanism doesn’t fully lock, while others report faulty operation.
Purchased for MT-09, tested with a 6.7-inch phone in a rugged case with plenty of room for an even larger phone. Up to speeds of 160 km/h, which was tested even on quite bad roads with potholes etc., I didn't have the slightest movement. It loses a star because the mechanism never really locks and theoretically if you press the tabs, even when locked, it will open the case to remove the phone. Essentially, this will never happen while riding, but it leaves you with some doubt that it might happen in the future due to wear or failure. I will return for possible updates
It keeps the phone stable, it doesn't let it slip from the base. The only issue is that with vibrations, the base that holds the phone (where the nut is) changes position.
It arrived broken.
it does not work
It's a fine stand, it's stable!
