With his merchant caique, Grandpa Tesko traveled the Mediterranean to all the islands and the coasts of Asia Minor. He took and brought goods while learning about the customs and lifestyles of others. In 1950, he shipwrecked in Milos. After he was rescued and came to Ikaria, he decided never to go back to the sea. That is when he remembered the recipe.

Using the same recipes, with great passion and mainly with pure ingredients, the third generation continues the family tradition. The goal is to maintain the products with the same quality and distinctive taste for everyone.
