The extra virgin olive oil is recommended by modern medicine, thanks to its valuable ingredients that provide health, wellness, and longevity.

In the Monastery, there is a modern certified olive mill, which is a continuation of the old stone-built olive mill. The ancient olive grove consists of 4000 trees, some of which are up to 800 years old.

All the olive trees are self-rooted, with thousands of wild olive roots and unique varieties. There are also modern olive groves with an additional 4000 olive trees.

In the Monastery's olive grove, modern innovative production processes are used, such as composting all the residues from the olive mill, without the use of chemical fertilizers.
