Preparation: Ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix 300 g with 70 g egg white and add color to your preference. Mix on high speed for 5-6 minutes. Fill a piping bag and make circles on a baking tray. Rest for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 140°C (fan oven 130°C) and bake for 15 minutes.
