It does nothing, even though I put the mug in hot it didn't manage to maintain the temperature. It's like I never put it on. What a pity...

It works perfect and heats very good when plugged to an outlet. Do not plug it to an USB port like an laptop or it will not really heat. It would be better if there would be an off/on switch since i sometimes forget to plug it out at the end of the day and its then heating all night long till the cup of coffee in the morning

I expected it to do some work but it is only for decoration. It does not keep the coffee warm in any case

The drink will not stay hot. It maintains a relatively lukewarm temperature. Personally, it doesn't bother me, I'm satisfied as long as I don't drink my coffee cold.

It's great and I didn't expect it. It keeps my drinks quite hot, I've had it for two days and it does its job perfectly.

It does not maintain the temperature of the beverage. I tried it with both a porcelain and a glass cup. In the case of the glass one, the drink was kept at a moderate temperature, while with the regular ceramic one, it failed to achieve its goal.

Very bad product. It broke immediately, from the first hours I used it, a stain started to appear from the inside of it. Like oil. It continued to spread all over the surface, so I stopped using it in order to prevent it from "burning" my laptop. They are fooling us completely, wasted money.

Personally, I have been using it for about three weeks now at work on a daily basis.

I get coffee from outside and place the paper cup on the base to keep my coffee warm. It may take a while to heat up, but it is worth its money since my coffee does not get cold until the device reaches the desired temperature.

I read the previous comments.. and I bought it to warm my hands when I sit at the computer and they get cold!! It's just what I need!!

For your drinks, I recommend a thermos cup, that's what I use and it's perfect. And if the thermos has a metal bottom, even better!!

While it heats up well and is very sweet in classic cups, it maintains a lukewarm temperature. Maybe it needs metal ones. I will try it with such and I will come back.

I put it on the computer and it takes a while for the surface to warm up, but afterwards it's fine. It keeps the drinks satisfactorily warm.

It seems to withstand construction while raising the temperature to a point where it can slightly burn the skin. My coffee stays warm throughout the day

Beautiful and high-quality. Made of silicone so it doesn't slip on top of the cup. It won't heat up a cold coffee, but it keeps hot coffee warm for a long time!

Heats well, but it would help for better results to use a metal cup with a flat bottom, it will have much better performance I believe

It heats up quite well. Only though with a 2A power source. If you connect it to a 1A source, its temperature will be very low. As a design, it is beautiful. However, I expected it to have a power button or a light indicating that it is functioning. Unfortunately, you can only understand its operation by touch and you have to unplug it.
