The VEVOR manual tire bead breaker separates the tire from the rim and is used on wheels with a diameter of 96.5–106.7 mm. The rubber pad on the front foot protects the rim surface, including aluminum rims, while the bracket accommodates rims of various sizes.
It operates in two steps: the front foot is adjusted and secured to the hub with a wrench, while the drive screw applies pressure to the telescopic foot. To separate the tire, repeat the process at 2–3 points. The tool is made of heat-treated #45 steel and features an integrated screw, spindle, and front-foot design, as well as an electrophoretic coating for rust and corrosion resistance.
