Users generally rate the lock positively, mainly praising its sturdy, high-quality construction and the added sense of protection against tampering. They say it holds up to frequent use over many years and, once you get used to it, is practical for everyday use. However, it doesn’t fit all brake discs and can be difficult to install; the short reminder cable is also mentioned as a drawback.
After a failed attempt to steal my bike, I have to say that this specific lock is not suitable for certain semi-floating discs (e.g. ktm 690).
Despite the fact that it is difficult to break and cut, in my case, they simply removed three of the rings that hold the disc in place, resulting in it being able to move slightly and create enough space for the lock to be removed without needing to be cut.
Very good, compact without being 300 kilos and difficult to break. The only downside is that now that I have disc brakes, it doesn't fit in any of the 2 disc brakes, so I can't use it. Just check before you buy it that it fits in the disc
Reliable and high-quality lock for use primarily between the disc brake and the wheel, as the lock's axis cannot fit into the openings of the disc brake.
The worst thing for this money. After a year, the safety that held the fire broke with minimal force while the wheel turned. Of course, the string from the reminder was cut very quickly. If I knew it would break over time, I would have bought two cheaper ones to do my job
Excellent lock, I have it for many years on several motorcycles but on the latest one I have, the Honda SH 150, it doesn't fit on the disc brake because it has small holes and I need to buy another one!
