They fit very well and if you really leave them on all night (about 9-10 hours) they draw all the pus to the surface and then it is very easy to clean the pimple. If the pimple has a lot of inflammation (pus), it may need a second patch, but that doesn't mean you won't see a difference from the first one already. On the "negative" side, let's say, is that they come in one size, so larger pimples are not fully covered, and the package does not contain many patches. I don't think they help much with internal pimples; the pimple needs to have come out and formed a white "head" for the patch to draw out the pus.
For those who say it causes wounds/holes/discoloration: Personally, as soon as I remove the patch in the morning and clean the pimple, I apply a healing cream locally to the area so that the small wound that forms as soon as the pus comes out closes immediately. Besides, even if you go for a facial cleansing, a small wound is made at the extraction points.

The truth is that it works, but for someone who constantly gets pimples not only on the face but everywhere, you need a pack every day; there are few inside for the price of €4, and sometimes you need more than 1-2 patches if it's a cyst type. Personally, I bought 1500 patches from the well-known Chinese online company for €2.5 and I really noticed that they are even better and I never need a second one for the same pimple, it does the job right away.
Η αλήθεια είναι ότι κάνει δουλειά αλλά για κάποιον που βγάζει συνέχεια σπυρακια όχι μόνο στο πρόσωπο αλλά παντού θέλει καθε μέρα από ένα πακέτο έχει λίγα μέσα για την τιμή των 4€ και ορισμένες φορές θέλει πάνω από 1-2 patches αν είναι τύπου κύστη. Εγω προσωπικά πήρα από την γνωστή κινεζική online εταιρεία τα 1500 patches 2.5€ και πραγματικά πρόσεξα ότι είναι και καλύτερα και δεν χρειάζομαι ποτέ 2ο για το ίδιο σπυρακι κάνει κατευθείαν την δουλειά.
