The rating and review of a product is always relative to its price. When someone sees, for example, 5 stars, they should not compare them to the 5 stars of a helmet worth €500. Here, the evaluation is based on its price category. Thus, when it is mentioned that the sound insulation is very good, this applies to the standards of this price range.

The positives include the very good price and the rich equipment. It features characteristics such as a Double D-Ring fastener, ECE R-22.06 certification, as well as integrated intercom.

On the negative side, in the Givi case I have, two helmets barely fit, while other models (such as Nolan) fit more comfortably. Also, the intercom only works between the helmet and a mobile phone, and not between two helmets. This means that if two identical helmets are purchased, they cannot be connected directly to each other—the only solution is through a phone call, which also results in a delay (lag).

Regarding performance, up to 100 km/h the intercom works satisfactorily. Beyond that, the wind creates intense noise, making it difficult to hear.

I have been using the helmet for months and I feel the need to clarify a few things for new buyers. The first is the double-edged sword of the 4 seasons, which means it won't be perfect in the hot summer nor in the freezing winter. The second is about the pin lock. Yes, 1-2 times it fogged up very lightly. The last thing is that the intercom provided is only for the period until you save up money for a better one to use instead. Nevertheless, it is light and reliable.
