My main objection is that, due to the material, they constantly stick to the socks when putting on and taking off the shoes, which ruins the comfort, either due to the movement of the sock or the movement of the insole. For comfort and for their purpose, they are okay, but practically it ruins the experience.

It was my first purchase of silicone insoles, I can say it was also my last. Very poor fit, I put them in my work boots, the thickness under the arch is too big, resulting in me not being able to walk. I tried cutting them at that point, it was slightly better but still didn't do the job. They must be meant for people with flat feet, otherwise it doesn't make sense! The result was throwing them away the next day.

Unbelievable bottom! I have had them for 3 years and they haven't suffered anything. I initially needed them for 9 to 10 hours of standing at work per day. When I went home, it was as if I hadn't worked. Such relief.

They helped me a lot... Just be careful with the shoes you will put the insoles in, they must be a larger size because the foot won't fit inside.

Very wrong! Bad grip fills the shoe too much and does not step well!
