HealthTrade demi-glace sauce comes in powder form and is intended for meat. It can be used as is or as a base for other sauces. To prepare, dissolve the contents of the pack in 320 ml of water, then add the mixture to 1 l of boiling water. Once it comes back to the boil, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
