This review is about the colour: Red

Everything was perfect with the order! As for the grinder, it is sturdy, of quality construction, with uniform grinding for perfect extraction (I use it only for espresso). It can grind so fine that it clogs the machine. Also, it has zero retention with proper use of the hopper (I get out as many grams as I put in). In terms of noise, it is much quieter than the Gaggia MDF I had.

This review is about the colour: White

I was waiting for this particular grinder to come to Greece since November when it was announced on YouTube channels. I finally found exactly the one I wanted, i.e., the white one, in April. From the first day, although not from the first attempt, I enjoyed a coffee that I had no idea my machine could offer me. Last year when I bought the machine (Gaggia Classic 2019) and entered the world of espresso home enthusiasts, I didn't know why I should spend more on a grinder than the cost of the machine. I realized it quite quickly, to be honest, but the decision regarding company/model/cost required serious study and took its time. Eventually, this particular grinder got the green light due to Eureka's reputation and the 65mm burrs. The positives include minimal retention of ground coffee and the time, which for me, although without a point of comparison, is comfortably acceptable. I have complaints about the operating sound because, although it's a heavy construction around 5.5 kg, it rattles (it's not particularly audible in the video because I'm not grinding beans). Also, the new Eureka indication system is a great convenience, now simple and functional.
