Coming from years with Apple, where whatever Android I bought I ended up selling because I was used to the iPhone, I can say that this is the first time I don't want to go back. My review will be simple and objective, and it's not like I got a phone with 100x zoom to take pictures of the moon or that for 800 euros it should also 'sweep the floor.'

POSITIVES
In terms of speed, there’s no need to discuss it, as the phone flies with the Snapdragon Elite, in everything, without any lag and with 25 apps open at the same time.
Very good speaker, which I did not expect.
Amazing screen with perfect colors and a refresh rate that is very, very smooth.
UI (Software) is one of the smoothest out there, much, much better than Samsung, and even the dynamic island is done much nicer than Apple with more features.
Rear camera is literally top-notch, without the software over-processing it and making it look fake; even in video, when you zoom in, you can hardly tell the camera is changing.
Finally, in terms of build quality, it is so premium in its appearance, construction, and sturdiness.

NEGATIVES
The battery does not last as long as promised. Yes, it will last a full day, but for someone who is on the phone all day, a second charge may be needed.
The front camera really needs to be improved. Not that it’s bad, but it gets quite pixelated.

If you don’t have that much money, the 13R, which is about 300 euros cheaper, is essentially the same phone with differences that are hard to notice.

Coming from the OnePlus 8, I have only positive things to say. The screen is beautiful. The battery easily lasts the whole day. Its design, for me, is gorgeous—I have the black color. The speaker is clear and loud but, strangely, I prefer the speaker of the 8. The cameras are very good but still lag in low light... Just like on the OnePlus 8. I would have expected them to improve more, but thankfully during the day they are perfect.

The only complaint I have, and it's a small one, is that it copies the iPhone a lot in the software appearance. On the OnePlus 8, I managed to get the Oxygen OS version that was close to stock Android—not completely, but close. But still, the software and the features it offers are perfect.

In the box, there is neither a charger nor a case. Only a charging cable. For now, I use the charger from the 8, it charges in about 1 hour. I would recommend buying its charger, which is 100 watts.

Finally, it comes with a pre-installed glass/protective film. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Coming from a Samsung S21, it has a worse operating system! It doesn't have always on display, and when you install some always on app, it's nothing like Samsung's. Also, it doesn't show notification numbers for all apps—in Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, it doesn't show them, and where it does show numbers, it keeps them and doesn't clear them when you read the message... In general, its operating system doesn't suit me at all! When I ask it to close apps, it doesn't close them; I have to close them one by one. The camera is good but has less wide angle than Samsung, that is, 15mm instead of Samsung's 13mm, which for me, since I use the wide angle a lot, is quite serious!!! Also, night shots have a problem! At night, the screen turns white and leaves a circle in the middle where supposedly faces or the main subject should be, resulting in not being able to see the background, meaning what you want to capture along with the faces. The truth is, I regret getting it instead of the Samsung S25 Ultra. Its battery is quite good compared to the S21, but of course I don't know if it's better than the S25; in any case, it usually lasts a day. That's all for now, I haven't had it for long, not even a month, I might come back.
25/9/25: It still has a problem with the number of unread messages and the biggest problem is that there is no official service or official representative in Greece!!!

Samsung fan here, waiting for years for them to change their flagship or to design the Galaxy Plus differently (curved screen) disappointment!!!
I’m also tired of searching for a charger or battery in the simpler models of the Galaxy series, and not in the ultra (I have never bought an ultra since I’m not interested in the stylus and I can’t stand sharp corners) it doesn’t seem to change and one day isn’t enough for me!!!

Positives!
Battery wow:: sot - 8 hours: the last phone I had was the S20 Plus and it didn’t last even three hours!!!
Bluetooth opened, refresh rate at 120 Hz auto, connected GPS watches every day for about an hour and a half, Android Auto, phone calls over two hours a day, the phone doesn’t drop below 55% at night!!
After 50%, of course, it doesn’t last me the whole next day and I’m sad that I can’t keep it for 48 hours without charging!! :-)

Smooth:: simply top-notch

Processor:: crazy fast phone.

Sound: 8/10

Feel in hand;; it’s also one of the reasons I didn’t prefer Samsung since I don’t like completely flat phones, I believe they are more fragile and give a cheap feel, so I went for this phone that kept me with its battery and the feel in hand when you hold it that it’s thin!!

Photos:: I’m not a photographer, but from what I had, it’s a million times better as the photos I see are beautiful::
I believe if you’re not going to take pictures at a wedding or a baptism, it will satisfy you!!

Operating System:: I’ve been very satisfied with Samsung’s operating system for years in general, and that’s why I hesitated to change brands, but as soon as I got it in my hands, I realized I wouldn’t encounter any difficulties in the transition!!
The operating system is lightning fast, it’s simple and straightforward, and it has almost everything that Samsung has!!

Negatives::
When I set up the phone, I copied my old phone to my new one, resulting in not only the important things being transferred but also the issues from all the years of the old phone!!
At some point during the 15 days I had it in my hands, it started to have crazy energy consumption as Google services drained the entire battery in a few hours!!
When in the first 15 days it lasted 8 hours sot and in the following days it didn’t last even 3: something happened::
Since I struggled a lot to find what was wrong and ultimately didn’t find it, I reset my phone from scratch with a complete deletion of the data and applications I had from the old phone and set it up clean.
I don’t know if it was the software or if I caught a virus since Google services couldn’t stop draining my battery!!

In general, I’m very satisfied with the phone!!
If Samsung doesn’t change, considering me a given customer, I won’t come back since their batteries have always been below my expectations, and the design has remained the same for at least the last 3 years, I see myself sticking with OnePlus!!

I had a problem with the notifications and I solved it. It was my mistake after all. The OnePlus 13 is one of the strongest Androids out there. Everything is as it should be for a flagship device. Beautiful photos without having to mess with settings at all. I like the colors to be more expressive as they are here. You spend a grand and you're set for as many years as you choose. I've been working with Samsung devices since I was young and recently on Black Friday I got an iPhone! I wanted to see how much better it is. I got the 15 Pro Max. I gave it 3 months to get used to it and now it has been sold. I think that in the overwhelming majority, only those who go straight for an iPhone are the ones who choose it now. Once you get used to it, you don't easily change it. They also have amazing marketing. iOS was indeed better in many things in previous years. However, Androids have made great leaps in the last 2-3 years in their operating systems because there is huge competition. Besides that, it really annoyed me that you have to be in the Apple suite for anything. Slavery!
To get to the point: The only flaws of the OnePlus 13, if you absolutely want to find some, are that Samsung's operating system is indeed the best on the market (I've worked with Xiaomi for a year) and its battery is not as good as they say. It will easily last you the day and you'll be left with 20-30 percent if you use the phone for more than 4-5 hours a day like I do. It heats up a bit more than I would like. I never use it in energy-saving mode and I can't find anything else negative! For the positives, I would need to write another report to cover everything. The most important points are:
Incredible screen really, unlocks in milliseconds (not 1 in 10 wrong face ID), the size is just right, scrolling is better than the 15 Pro Max in most apps. Go to stores that have it first, hold it and go into apps, not just the operating system, and you will remember me. Also, it fell from a height of 3 meters and didn't feel it with the free case from OnePlus. Last but not least, customization has gone to another level in Androids. You do your work easier, faster, and more efficiently, especially if you have the OnePlus 13! That's it.

Coming from the 12 series and before that iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 pro max, I can say that it is an excellent phone.
Very good call quality and sound in general.
A little faster than the already very fast 12, noticeably lighter, and improved cameras overall.
Very good daytime photos, but also at night.
Compared to the iPhone, it is slightly inferior in photos and videos.
The difference is not big, but you can tell, without it being a concern.
Stock android, without unnecessary apps, and it goes smoothly.
Screen and scroll, top-notch in every aspect.
Battery very good.
Charging 20-80% in 12 minutes!!!
Top VFM.
The other well-known flagships do not justify the difference of 300+ euros in any case.
The only disadvantage for those who change phones often (I am not addressing those who do not care about money) is the resale value.
And this is because very few know it, so the audience it targets is small.
Unfortunately, in Greece, it is disadvantaged due to zero marketing.
A characteristic example is that among the physical branded stores, only Kotsovolos carries it, and there you search to find it somewhere among the mid and low range phones.
In summary, buy it confidently, and you won't regret it.

I have had the phone for almost two weeks and I am satisfied, but the phone is not perfect. I come from the OnePlus 9 and to clarify, I am a demanding user.
On the positive side, I will mention the phone's screen, which is clearly the best screen on a phone without exaggeration; it is the only phone that has a displaymate A++ for those who know. It really feels like you are seeing reality! It is also very bright. This and the speed of the phone are definitely top-notch and will not disappoint even the most demanding users.
Now let's move on to the negatives.
The battery, while it is the largest in a flagship phone at this moment, does not reflect reality. I don't mean that it doesn't last, but in my opinion, it is average. It gives me a heavy day or a day and a half. I have looked into it, and an iPhone 16 Pro Max lasts about the same with a significantly smaller battery, so poor battery management. I would say it is similar to the OnePlus 9. It gives about 6-7 hours of usage, sometimes 7:30. However, the charging speed is excellent (30-40 minutes) (7/10).
Now the camera, since I am very involved, I have quite a few demands. I will explain it simply. During the day with good lighting, it takes incredible photos, maybe even better than the iPhone 16 Pro. However, in conditions with varying lighting where you have bright and dark spots, it performs terribly! Worse than midrange phones. It messes up the colors and almost whitens the entire photo, and the dark spots barely turn black. I don't know, maybe they will make updates in the future because it is new to the market. Also, the stabilization it has is very poor. If it shakes a little, the photo comes out blurry, especially if you want to take something quickly or at night. Also, I want to mention that for night shots, it loses a lot of detail at night. I would say the video quality is average with terrible dynamic range, just like in the photos. To not completely bury the camera, I will mention the other side. The user experience of the camera app is wonderful; it does incredible zoom with its telephoto lens and in good lighting, it is fantastic. (7.5/10)
Now for the software, I would generally say it is a mixed bag. It has taken a lot from Apple, a bit from Samsung, Xiaomi, and even Huawei. It is pleasant, but for someone who wants the best, it is not perfect. It has many useful features; I liked the vibration it has. It's unfortunate that OnePlus no longer allows you to install custom ROMs, which is a big downside for me.
The build quality is top-notch, I would say. When I saw it for the first time, I liked it a lot, even though I slightly disliked it in the photos. It is beautiful, good build quality except for the back (wood texture) which is not bad, but it looks like it has a bit of a plastic texture. (9/10)
The speakers are good with bass, but from what I have heard, they do not reach the S25 Ultra and 16 Pro Max. Anyway, they are fine.
It is a good phone but has its weaknesses, such as in the camera, in the software where I believe they do not have their own ideas, and generally, it is not really to my taste as it feels very Chinese and in some areas it seems hastily made, the battery is average for someone demanding, otherwise it has the best screen, is very fast, charges quickly both wired and wirelessly, and has satisfactory sound.
Finally, I want to mention that its price is indeed very inflated, but it might be the cheapest all-round flagship.

I upgraded from the OnePlus 8T after almost 4 years of flawless operation. It crossed my mind to get the S25 Ultra, but 1) I can't part with the slider on the side, 2) I can no longer compromise on mediocre charging (the 65 watts of the 8T spoiled me), and 3) while everyone expected that Sammy would also include a silicon-carbon battery, they didn't. So, already coming from OnePlus and having gotten used to its goodies, I didn't hesitate and snagged the 13 in the 16/512 version.

POSITIVES
*Battery: I'm blown away. It gave me 8 hours of Screen-On Time with Bluetooth and data constantly on, the screen at maximum resolution, and a long usage duration with games. With lighter usage, it easily gets 9-10 hours of active screen time. And as if that wasn't enough, it charges like a rocket. Personally, I use the charger from the 8T, which is 65W, and it takes around 30-35 minutes to charge from 15%-100% (the same as the 8T, but with a much smaller battery).
*Display: Amazing resolution and brightness, one of the best on the market. I come from the 120Hz of the OnePlus 8T, and despite that, the difference between the two panels is noticeable to the eye.
*Processor: Qualcomm's flagship, I won't dwell on the meaningless benchmarks as these numbers prove nothing. With the SD 865 of the OnePlus 8T, I never lagged anywhere in 4 years of use. The average user won't notice any difference between the top processors. Where the difference is noticeable is perhaps in efficiency and battery life. One thing is for sure, this processor won't lag anywhere for the next 3 years.
*Camera: Incredible work by Hasselblad on the colors. More natural, less oversaturated than on the OP12 that I've tried. Its zoom is amazing, and overall, the camera is a tremendous upgrade from the 8T. Day, night, indoors, portraits, videos, all significantly better. I don't have an opinion/comparison with the S24/S25 Ultra and iPhone 15/16 Pro (I include both generations since they essentially have the exact same sensors as the previous generation), but let's not overlook the fact that the above devices cost 200-300€ more before we even start comparing.
*Design: I have the Black Eclipse version, and personally, I think it's the best looking. The blue with the faux-leather texture on the back felt "cheaper" to me, but that's a matter of taste. Overall, it's a sturdy device, with incredible waterproofing and a premium feel.

NEGATIVES
*Display: I was eagerly waiting for this generation after seeing the OnePlus 12 and hoped they would eliminate the curved display. For some reason, OnePlus decided to continue this "joke" this year. The 14 will surely have a flat screen since the curved trend has come and gone.
*Packaging: Here, it's not OP's fault but the EU legislation. The charger is no longer included in the package. And the cost of the original with 100W charging? 69€ on the official site! For now, I'm charging with the 65W charger from the OP 8T. I can't imagine how much faster it would charge with the 100W one.

At 1200€, which I got along with a gift of the OnePlus Watch 2R, I think it's the most value-for-money flagship available. I don't know if it has anything to envy from Sammy and Apple; personally, when I considered getting the S25 Ultra, I felt I would be making a compromise for less. I would miss the OnePlus slider, I would miss the incredibly fast charging, and I would miss the incredibly smooth UI of Oxygen OS. 2 out of 2, OP won me over as well, just like the first time I got the 8T, I was choosing between that and the Galaxy S20 Ultra. I definitely got a device back then with an inferior camera compared to the S20, but the features that impressed me determined my current purchase.

For a few days now, I have been the owner of the phone. I bought it from the official Oneplus site using the early bird offer and trading in my old phone (through trade-in) for a total cost of €899. The phone is a real gem, a flagship in every sense of the word. Its strong points are the display, the battery (duration and charging speed), the IP68 - IP69 certification, the performance, the photos, and the sound (media playback, ringtone). In the photographic aspect (a field where Oneplus lagged a bit compared to the competition), the gap has now almost been eliminated. The photos are excellent (especially the portraits may be better than competing flagships). Also amazing is the zoom it can achieve as well as the photos of moving objects. And of course, the phone does not fall short in any area: call quality, network coverage, connectivity options, build quality, appearance, everything is excellent. I highly recommend it, and if its price (€1199 for this specific version) seems expensive, one should compare it with the prices of similar flagships of 2025 (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra starting at €1499 with less RAM). One downside is that there is no charger in the packaging for phones sold in the European Union, which did not cost me extra since through the early bird offer I had the opportunity to get the excellent 120W charger from the company for free.

UPDATE (07/02/2025)

After more than 15 days of use, I simply confirm all the positives I mentioned above, without having anything negative to say. However, what has impressed me are: a) the amazing portraits the phone takes and b) the battery life and mainly the charging speed. Specifically, for the purpose of slowing down battery aging, I have set the charging to stop at 80%. Starting the day with this battery percentage, after 24 hours of heavy use, the battery is around 30%. And the amazing thing is that I charge the phone every morning for exactly 14 to 15 minutes to get it back to 80%!!!

UPDATE (23/03/2025)

Having used the phone for two whole months now, I really haven't noticed anything negative. However, I can't help but comment on some negative reviews I read, which can only be malicious. Specifically, the phone has no problem receiving notifications from any app. Moreover, from Settings and then Notifications and Quick settings, you can adjust the behavior of each app regarding notifications. Even worse, someone comments that the phone has terrible sound!!!! Both the volume and the sound quality are perfect, and if someone considers this my subjective opinion, they can read a bunch of reviews from websites specialized in phone evaluations to find out that the sound is flagship level. That's it, and really using the phone for two months, with each passing day, I am more and more satisfied.

I have had it for a week. Let's start from the outside in. The phone is very beautiful externally. The black one I got is a pure gem. Of course, it definitely needs a case because it slips incredibly. It comes with a pre-installed screen protector, and there is no CASE or CHARGER in the box. That's a flaw for me. Another concerning thing is that with the case, the camera protrudes a lot and is exposed to scratches. I ordered a camera protector from China. I couldn't find one anywhere here. The front view with curved edges is simply perfect. It has nothing to do with the ugly square thing of the S25. On the inside: fingerprint and face ID are lightning fast. Battery (don't listen to exaggerations) will easily last you a day with whatever usage you give it. For me, that's enough. I can leave the house without having the battery on the back of my mind. Snapdragon elite processor, if you're a gamer, you won't have any issues anywhere; after all, there's nothing better. Top of the top. Its operating system, Oxygen OS, is very lightweight with no trace of unnecessary apps, reminiscent of pure Android devices. Coming from years of Samsung, it felt a bit strange at first, but I got used to it in 2 days. The addition of an IR blaster is pleasant, reminding me of the old days of Android. You might find it funny, but if half of your remote controls from your devices at home (TV, air conditioning, etc.) are broken, then you appreciate it properly and don't need to have a second cheap phone with infrared. Also, a great plus is app cloning, so since it's a dual SIM phone, you can have 2 accounts for Viber, WhatsApp, etc., working perfectly on your phone.
