Aluminum construction, sturdy, it does not bend at all when fully extended with a DJI Osmo 360.
It is lightweight, 275g, a little more than an old Telesin 1.10m I have made of carbon fiber, which weighs 210g.
The only drawback I see is that it sticks a little when opening; I will try putting a little WD40 on it. If you open and close it often, it might annoy you.
