LorAnn concentrated pistachio flavor gives sweet and savory recipes a rich, subtly sweet taste with buttery notes and a light aroma of vanilla and roasted pistachio. It is water-soluble and suitable for chocolate and chocolate coatings, fondant, marzipan, candies, cakes, cookies, ganache, icings, and fillings. Its concentrated formula contains no vegetable oils and retains its flavor at high temperatures.
Use it in baked goods and desserts such as ice cream, macarons, and nougat, as well as in savory dishes. It is up to 4 times stronger than water- and alcohol-based flavors. To replace extract, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon instead of 1 teaspoon of extract.
