LorAnn Super Strength Flavors are concentrated flavors, also known as candy oils. They contain plant oils and are 3 to 4 times stronger than water and alcohol-based flavors.

The dosage for replacing flavors with extracts is ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. The flavors do not diminish when exposed to high heat and are suitable for fondant and marzipan.

These flavors are also suitable for chocolate, caramel, cake, cookies, and brownies. For best results, the following usage instructions are recommended:

• Quickly wipe up spills as prolonged contact with plastic and countertops may cause damage.
• Do not use plastic measuring spoons and plastic utensils.
• Avoid direct contact with the skin when the product is used at full strength.

Ingredients: natural oil (lemon).

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulfur dioxide, and sulfites (E220-E228) at concentrations above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

This product is: Certified Kosher, gluten-free. Insoluble in water.
