    They definitely have a tight fit. You need to get a size larger than what corresponds to your foot. I got a larger size and it's still barely tight. Maybe the shape will loosen over time.

    You need a size up, but they're the most comfortable shoes for the gym. I really like them. The only downside is they're slippery on wet tiles outside (not the oneson the sidewalks, but the ones which are used around buildings and stairs for some reason), so be careful when it rains.
