- On damp hair, from roots to ends, as a moisturizing treatment before washing, leaving it on for at least half an hour.
- On dry hair at the ends where there is split ends, leaving it on for as long as possible before washing.
- Heat promotes the absorption of the oil, so you can wrap your hair with a warm towel.
