A thermostat and a thermal fuse protect the machine from overheating. The carafe capacity is 1.5L and it withstands high temperatures up to 120°C. It also has a warming plate that is non-stick. Once your machine has brewed a fresh carafe of coffee, it will keep it warm for up to 40 minutes (including brewing time & coffee holding time). The carafe with the measuring scale will help you decide how much coffee to make and the transparent window will show you the water level remaining in the machine.

    The filter basket is easily removable for quick refilling.
