Tight Regular Loose
Definitely get one size up. I usually wear M/L in everything and here I need XL/XXL. I got L and it is so tight that it is difficult to wear. My waist circumference where the elastic is, is 102cm. I got another one in XXL afterwards and the elastic is just fine, it doesn't fall down. The fabric is a bit too much afterwards of course and maybe I'll try an XL next.

Πηρα L και ειναι τοσο στενο που φοριεται με δυσκολια. Περιφερεια μου στην μεση που ειναι το λαστιχο ειναι 102εκ. Πηρα αλλο ενα XXL μετα και ειναι μια χαρα ανετο το λαστιχο δεν πεφτει. Ειναι λιγο πολυ το υφασμα μετα βεβαια και ισως δοκιμασω ενα XL μετα.
