Users generally rate it positively, especially for its softness and comfort, as well as its stability and durability. It is described as suitable for Pilates and exercises such as sit-ups, and it comes with a carrying strap. However, some feel that it is not thick enough for yoga, where better balance is needed.
There is difficulty in finding it. MAYBE you get the right one with a 20% chance. It's a risk. I clearly suggest you buy another exercise mat.
I give 3 stars to inform anyone who wants it for yoga that it doesn't work, because it is too thick and in yoga, you need a thin mat for balance, something I didn't know either when I bought it.
The best mat I have tried so far for pilates. With a carrying strap, very nice color, soft, really worth its money.
Very nice for exercise for abs for everything!!
they don't slip, they are soft, they don't deform under pressure.
