I bought the phone in November 2025, I use it daily, since I bought it it hasn't had a break, I don't really play games so I can't comment on its performance in that area, but it is a reliable phone with a very nice design, I don't understand where all these negative comments are coming from, it's just a simple mid-range phone, what are you expecting, for it to cook and wash dishes for you?

All good. The only bad thing I have noticed so far is that there is a problem with video calls. When I make a video call, the other side hears noises, like an echo. Apparently, my microphone picks up the voice of the person speaking and sends it back. Very annoying. So much so that we end up interrupting the video call.

It is defective. It does not receive or make calls. The battery is very bad, it doesn't last 24 hours. I took it to GERMANOS for a technical check in case there was a network problem or if some app was accidentally pressed, but none of that is happening. The worst phone I have ever had!!!! Το πήγα στον ΓΕΡΜΑΝΟ για τεχνικό έλεγχο μήπως έχει κάποιο πρόβλημα το δίκτυο ή έχει πατηθεί κάποια εφαρμγή κατά λάθος αλλά δεν συμβάινει τίποτε από αυτά. Το πιο μάπα κινητό που είχα ποτέ!!!! SERIOUS ISSUE with the internet (data), it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting while I am stationary and sending messages on messenger. Also, when I talk on the phone, in routes where I used my old phone 12 pro, this one cuts off and the person I’m talking to can’t hear me. ΣΟΒΑΡΟ ΘΕΜΑ με το ίντερνετ (δεδομένα) μπαίνοβγαινει συνέχεια ενώ είμαι ακίνητη και στέλνω μηνύματα στο messenger. Επίσης όταν μιλάω στο τηλέφωνο , σε διαδρομές που χρησιμοποιουσα το παλιό μου κινητό 12 pro, αυτό κόβεται και δεν ακούγομαι στον συνομιλητή. Είναι τέρμα σπαστικό αυτό σε ένα κινητό που η κυρία του λειτουργια πρέπει να είναι αυτή ( η επικοινωνια) και να είναι άψογη !
Τα καλά του είναι ότι οκ βγάζει πολύ ωραίες φωτογραφίες και ότι έχει τεράστια μνήμη(512gb) το αγόρασα πριν ένα μήνα στα 365€
Sometimes the phone freezes, it restarts on its own and it doesn't stop!! I noticed it when I update the software or sometimes it does it on its own without the software update! Has anyone else noticed this?

Fast menu and very good camera. It has an issue with the signal; it cannot receive calls or make phone calls, nor use data. I took it to Xiaomi service through the warranty and although the phone had an issue, they told me they tried their own SIM cards and it worked correctly, yet the problem was not fixed and now I have a phone that is underperforming. Meanwhile, I bought the phone new on 6/3/26 from a store in Peristeri and the first activation had taken place in Belgrade in January. At least that's what the employee at Xiaomi told me.
Γρήγορο μενού και πολύ καλή κάμερα. Έχει θέμα με το σήμα δεν μπορεί να δεχτεί κλήσεις ούτε να πάρεις τηλέφωνο όπως και δεδομένα. Το πήγα στο σερβίς της Xiaomi μεσω της εγγύησης και ενώ το κινητό είχε θέμα μου είπαν πως δοκίμασαν δικές τους sim και δούλευε σωστά παρόλα αυτά το πρόβλημα δεν διορθώθηκε και τώρα έχω ένα κινητό το οποίο υπολειτουργεί. Εν τω μεταξύ εγώ το κινητό το αγόρασα 6/3/26 καινούργιο από κατάστημα στο Περιστέρι και η πρώτη ενεργοποίηση είχε γίνει στο Βελιγράδι τον Ιανουάριο. Τουλάχιστον έτσι μου ανέφερε ο υπάλληλος στην Xiaomi.
Review after 1 year of use: Very nice photos, Good storage space, From the very first days I noticed that the battery drains quite quickly with simple use (there are days when it doesn't last the whole day without intermediate charging), something that did not happen with the older Xiaomi I had (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro) which this one came to replace after 5 years.

It was purchased to replace a Redmi Note 9 Pro which suddenly stopped working, and which was a very decent phone. The new one has a premium feel and so far is doing excellently, with a very good screen and decent cameras; the battery easily lasts a whole day.

I got it for my mother. Simple everyday use for social media. It has loud sound and you are heard well on the phone. Expectations are low of course. So far, after 3 months, it hasn't frozen or overheated.

Owner of the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, I bought this particular one on 30/05/2025 for a relative but we were disappointed because its battery lasts much less, it sometimes lags when you open apps, but the worst is that it heats up with relatively simple use, e.g. simple calls on Messenger/Viber with WiFi internet compared to the 13.

The phone is just fine, I've had it for 6 months and it never lagged, the battery lasts very well, a whole day with heavy use and games, 2 days with light use as a phone.

Two negatives: the fact that the charger is not included, whereas with the previous Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, which lasted for 5 years without serious problems, they did provide the charger. Of course, if I remember correctly, at some point I changed it because it had a problem. So I would have liked to have a backup charger with the new phone. The second important thing is the battery. It really doesn't last very long, but if you set the power saving to activate automatically, for example at night, then it lasts better. It's good, ok, but I think that with the goal of improving technology for 5G, other features are being compromised... understandable.
Δύο αρνητικά: το ότι δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται ο φορτιστής, ενώ στο προηγούμενο Xiaomi Redmi note 8, που κράτησε χωρίς σοβαρά προβλήματα 5 χρόνια, έδιναν και τον φορτιστή. βέβαια αν θυμάμαι καλά, κάποια στιγμή τον άλλαξα γτ είχε πρόβλημα. Θα ήθελα δλδ να έχω έναν back up φορτιστή με το νέο κινητό. Δεύτερο σημαντικό είναι η μπαταρία. όντως δεν κρατάει και πολύ βέβαια εάν βάλεις την εξοικονόμηση αυτόματα να ενεργοποιείται πχ το βράδυ τότε κρατάει καλύτερα. είναι καλό οκ αλλά νομίζω ότι με τον στόχο την βελτίωσης της τεχνολογίας για 5g πέφτουν άλλα χαρακτηριστικά.... λογικό.

Να σημειώσω ότι η μπαταρία κρατάει παραπάνω από τη μία μέρα που γράφουν οι περισσότεροι, δεν χρειάζεται δηλαδή να τη φορτίζετε κάθε βράδυ για να βγάλει την επόμενη μέρα. Βγάζω ένα αστεράκι γιατί ζεσταίνεται κάπως. που τώρα δεν είναι πρόβλημα αλλά το καλοκαίρι με καύσωνα φοβάμαι μη δημιουργεί πρόβλημα Υ.Γ. Σκεφτόμουν αν θα το αγοράσω από σκρουτζομάγαζο ή από επίσημο προμηθευτή με 30-40% πάνω αλλά την εγγύηση του κατασκευαστή. Μετά από την εμπειρία από το service της xiaomi για ρομποτική σκούπα που είχα πάρει, χαίρομαι που το κινητό τουλάχιστον το πήρα από το σκρουτζ και δεν χρειάζεται να μπλέκω μαζί τους
I ordered the phone on 18/12, I received a defective device and requested a replacement. On 17/1 it said the device was repaired and you will receive it today, while I had requested a device replacement. In the meantime, I tried to contact customer service and got no response. In the end, I received the device I had returned and not a new one as I requested, today 21/1. I waited a month for them to bring me back the device I returned for replacement.

I returned it asking for my money back. 20 (!!) days later they replied that it does not need repair and sent it back to me! All good. The only bad thing I have noticed so far is that there is a problem with video calls. When I make a video call, the other side hears noises, like an echo. Apparently, my microphone picks up the voice of the person speaking and sends it back. Very annoying. So much so that we end up interrupting the video call.

It is defective. It does not receive or make calls. The battery is very bad, it doesn't last 24 hours. I took it to GERMANOS for a technical check in case there was a network problem or if some app was accidentally pressed, but none of that is happening. The worst phone I have ever had!!!! There's a saying: cheap meat is eaten by dogs.
Είναι ελαττωματικό. Δεν δέχεται & δεν κάνει κλήσεις. Η μπαταρία είναι πολύ κακή δεν διαρκεί 24 ώρες. Το πήγα στον ΓΕΡΜΑΝΟ για τεχνικό έλεγχο μήπως έχει κάποιο πρόβλημα το δίκτυο ή έχει πατηθεί κάποια εφαρμγή κατά λάθος αλλά δεν συμβάινει τίποτε από αυτά. Το πιο μάπα κινητό που είχα ποτέ!!!! Το φτηνό το κρέας το τρώνε οι σκύλοι λέει μια παροιμία.
SERIOUS ISSUE with the internet (data), it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting while I am stationary and sending messages on messenger. Also, when I talk on the phone, in routes where I used my old phone 12 pro, this one cuts off and the person I’m talking to can’t hear me. This is extremely annoying in a phone where its main function should be this (communication) and it should be flawless!
The good things are that ok, it takes very nice photos and it has huge memory (512gb). I bought it a month ago for €365
ΣΟΒΑΡΟ ΘΕΜΑ με το ίντερνετ (δεδομένα) μπαίνοβγαινει συνέχεια ενώ είμαι ακίνητη και στέλνω μηνύματα στο messenger. Επίσης όταν μιλάω στο τηλέφωνο , σε διαδρομές που χρησιμοποιουσα το παλιό μου κινητό 12 pro, αυτό κόβεται και δεν ακούγομαι στον συνομιλητή. Είναι τέρμα σπαστικό αυτό σε ένα κινητό που η κυρία του λειτουργια πρέπει να είναι αυτή ( η επικοινωνια) και να είναι άψογη !
Τα καλά του είναι ότι οκ βγάζει πολύ ωραίες φωτογραφίες και ότι έχει τεράστια μνήμη(512gb) το αγόρασα πριν ένα μήνα στα 365€
Sometimes the phone freezes, it restarts on its own and it doesn't stop!! I noticed it when I update the software or sometimes it does it on its own without the software update! Has anyone else noticed this?

Fast menu and very good camera. It has an issue with the signal; it cannot receive calls or make phone calls, nor use data. I took it to Xiaomi service through the warranty and although the phone had an issue, they told me they tried their own SIM cards and it worked correctly, yet the problem was not fixed and now I have a phone that is underperforming. Meanwhile, I bought the phone new on 6/3/26 from a store in Peristeri and the first activation had taken place in Belgrade in January. At least that's what the employee at Xiaomi told me.
Γρήγορο μενού και πολύ καλή κάμερα. Έχει θέμα με το σήμα δεν μπορεί να δεχτεί κλήσεις ούτε να πάρεις τηλέφωνο όπως και δεδομένα. Το πήγα στο σερβίς της Xiaomi μεσω της εγγύησης και ενώ το κινητό είχε θέμα μου είπαν πως δοκίμασαν δικές τους sim και δούλευε σωστά παρόλα αυτά το πρόβλημα δεν διορθώθηκε και τώρα έχω ένα κινητό το οποίο υπολειτουργεί. Εν τω μεταξύ εγώ το κινητό το αγόρασα 6/3/26 καινούργιο από κατάστημα στο Περιστέρι και η πρώτη ενεργοποίηση είχε γίνει στο Βελιγράδι τον Ιανουάριο. Τουλάχιστον έτσι μου ανέφερε ο υπάλληλος στην Xiaomi.
Review after 1 year of use: Very nice photos, Good storage space, From the very first days I noticed that the battery drains quite quickly with simple use (there are days when it doesn't last the whole day without intermediate charging), something that did not happen with the older Xiaomi I had (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro) which this one came to replace after 5 years.

It was purchased to replace a Redmi Note 9 Pro which suddenly stopped working, and which was a very decent phone. The new one has a premium feel and so far is doing excellently, with a very good screen and decent cameras; the battery easily lasts a whole day.

I got it for my mother. Simple everyday use for social media. It has loud sound and you are heard well on the phone. Expectations are low of course. So far, after 3 months, it hasn't frozen or overheated.

In conclusion, for this specific price range, it is one of the strongest packages as long as one is willing to make some compromises given the price

Owner of the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, I bought this particular one on 30/05/2025 for a relative but we were disappointed because its battery lasts much less, it sometimes lags when you open apps, but the worst is that it heats up with relatively simple use, e.g. simple calls on Messenger/Viber with WiFi internet compared to the 13.

The phone is just fine, I've had it for 6 months and it never lagged, the battery lasts very well, a whole day with heavy use and games, 2 days with light use as a phone.

Two negatives: the fact that the charger is not included, whereas with the previous Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, which lasted for 5 years without serious problems, they did provide the charger. Of course, if I remember correctly, at some point I changed it because it had a problem. So I would have liked to have a backup charger with the new phone. The second important thing is the battery. It really doesn't last very long, but if you set the power saving to activate automatically, for example at night, then it lasts better. It's good, ok, but I think that with the goal of improving technology for 5G, other features are being compromised... understandable.
Δύο αρνητικά: το ότι δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται ο φορτιστής, ενώ στο προηγούμενο Xiaomi Redmi note 8, που κράτησε χωρίς σοβαρά προβλήματα 5 χρόνια, έδιναν και τον φορτιστή. βέβαια αν θυμάμαι καλά, κάποια στιγμή τον άλλαξα γτ είχε πρόβλημα. Θα ήθελα δλδ να έχω έναν back up φορτιστή με το νέο κινητό. Δεύτερο σημαντικό είναι η μπαταρία. όντως δεν κρατάει και πολύ βέβαια εάν βάλεις την εξοικονόμηση αυτόματα να ενεργοποιείται πχ το βράδυ τότε κρατάει καλύτερα. είναι καλό οκ αλλά νομίζω ότι με τον στόχο την βελτίωσης της τεχνολογίας για 5g πέφτουν άλλα χαρακτηριστικά.... λογικό.
Two complaints about this phone. Compared to the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro I had before. In my room, the WiFi is unstable while with the Poco I had no problem. And the battery lasts less.

Overall honest, for the not very heavy use I make, it's very good. Να σημειώσω ότι η μπαταρία κρατάει παραπάνω από τη μία μέρα που γράφουν οι περισσότεροι, δεν χρειάζεται δηλαδή να τη φορτίζετε κάθε βράδυ για να βγάλει την επόμενη μέρα. Σκεφτόμουν αν θα το αγοράσω από σκρουτζομάγαζο ή από επίσημο προμηθευτή με 30-40% πάνω αλλά την εγγύηση του κατασκευαστή. Μετά από την εμπειρία από το service της xiaomi για ρομποτική σκούπα που είχα πάρει, χαίρομαι που το κινητό τουλάχιστον το πήρα από το σκρουτζ και δεν χρειάζεται να μπλέκω μαζί τους
I ordered the phone on 18/12, I received a defective device and requested a replacement. On 17/1 it said the device was repaired and you will receive it today, while I had requested a device replacement. In the meantime, I tried to contact customer service and got no response. In the end, I received the device I had returned and not a new one as I requested, today 21/1. I waited a month for them to bring me back the device I returned for replacement.
Παρήγγειλα το κινητό 18/12 , μου ήρθε ελαττωματική συσκευή και ζήτησα αντικατάσταση. 17/1 έλεγε η συσκευή επιδιορθώθηκε και θα παραλάβετε σήμερα ενώ ζήτησα αντικατάσταση συσκευής. εντωμεταξύ να προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και να μην παίρνω απάντηση. εν τέλη μου ήρθε η συσκευή που είχα επιστρέψει και όχι καινούρια όπως ζήτησα, σήμερα 21/1. Περίμενα έναν μήνα για να μου φέρουν μια συσκευή που επέστρεψα για αντικατάσταση.
Very good, large capacity. In my previous phone I had a big storage problem. So far everything is good for the money I paid, very decent. Camera is very good, easy to use.
Πολύ καλο μεγαλη χωρητικοτητα στο προιγουμενο κινητο ειχα μεγαλο προβλημα χώρου μέχρι στιγμής ολα καλα για τα χρηματα που εδωσα πολυ τίμιο καμερα πολυ καλη εύχρηστο .
I have had the phone for almost two months.... Its speaker is very bad.... In all the videos I have recorded at concerts, the sound either gets distorted or screeches... honestly I don't know what to do.... Is anyone else facing the same problem??? And if so, what did you do to fix it??? I think I regret the purchase I made
Έχω στην κατοχή μου το κινητό σχεδόν δύο μήνες.... Το ηχείο του είναι πολύ κακό.... Όσα βίντεο έχω τραβήξει από συναυλίες ο ήχος είτε θα μικροφωνιζει είτε θα τσιριζει...ειλικρινά δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω.... Αντιμετωπίζει κάποιος άλλος το ίδιο πρόβλημα;;; Και αν ναι τι έκανε για να διορθωθεί;;; Νομίζω μετάνιωσα την αγορά που έκανα
I have had the phone for about 2 months, it literally has nothing to fear from a Samsung with similar specs at a much lower price (I got it for 250 euros). Incredible camera with multiple functions, good internal memory and acceptable battery. Clearly a more powerful phone than the Redminote 9 pro I had before..
Έχω το κινητο περίπου 2 μήνες, κυριολεκτικά δεν έχει τίποτα να φοβηθεί από ένα Samsung με παρόμοια spects σε πολύ χαμηλότερη τιμή ( το πήρα 250 ευρώ) . Απίστευτη κάμερα με πολλαπλές λειτουργίες, καλή εσωτερική μνήμη και ανεκτή μπαταρία. Σαφέστατα πιο δυνατό κινητό απ' το Redminote 9 pro που είχα πριν..
The device is quite good. Everything opens quickly, a click faster compared to the 10 pro I had. The camera is quite good, the screen is very nice and bright, plenty of storage space. The battery is indeed not the best, but personally it doesn't bother me. Calls have a small issue, sometimes the sound is lost momentarily. In the one week I've had it, I am satisfied
Η συσκευή είναι αρκετά καλή. Όλα ανοίγουν γρήγορα, ένα κλικ πιο γρήγορα σε σχέση με το 10 pro που είχα. Η κάμερα αρκετά καλή, η οθόνη πολύ ωραία και φωτεινή, άπλετος αποθηκευτικός χώρος. Η μπαταρία όντως δεν είναι και ότι καλύτερο αλλά προσωπικά δεν με απασχολεί. Οι κλήσεις έχουν ένα θέματακι, κάποιες φορές στιγμιαία χάνεται ο ήχος . Στη μια εβδομάδα που το έχω είμαι ικανοποιημένος
UNACCEPTABLE! On the very second day I found out that it was defective, specifically several times while people were calling me, it did not receive the calls and appeared as switched off. It appeared to me as a message. Of course, I checked it several times with different phones. I returned it asking for my money back. 20 (!!) days later they replied that it does not need repair and sent it back to me! In addition, I am struggling to contact a real person from Skroutz and not with AI, which of course does not help me. STAY AWAY
ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ! Την δεύτερη κιόλας ημέρα διαπίστωσα ότι είναι ελαττωματικό, συγκεκριμένα αρκετές φορές ενώ με καλούσαν δεν λάμβανε τις κλήσεις και εμφανιζόταν ως απενεργοποιημένο. Μου εμφανιζόταν ως μήνυμα. Εννοείται οτι το τσεκαρα αρκετές φορές με διαφορα τηλεφωνα. Το επεστρεψα ζητωντας τα χρηματα μου πισω. 20 (!!) μερες μετα μου απαντησαν οτι δεν χρηζει επιδιορθωσης και μου το επέστρεψαν πίσω! Επιπλεον παλευω να επικοινωνησω μ ενα φυσικο προσωπο απ τη skroutz και οχι με Ai , το οποιο δεν με εξυπηρετεί φυσικα. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ
I bought the phone in November 2025, I use it daily, since I bought it it hasn't had a break, I don't really play games so I can't comment on its performance in that area, but it is a reliable phone with a very nice design, I don't understand where all these negative comments are coming from, it's just a simple mid-range phone, what are you expecting, for it to cook and wash dishes for you?
αγόρασα το κινητό Νοέμβριο του 2025, το χρησιμοποιώ καθημερινά, από όταν το αγόρασα ανάσα δεν έχει πάρει, δε παίζω ιδιαίτερα παιχνίδια συνεπώς δεν έχω άποψη για την απόδοση του σε αυτόν τον τομέα, αλλά είναι ένα αξιόπιστο κινητό με πολύ ωραίο design, δε καταλαβαίνω από πού προέρχονται όλα αυτά τα αρνητικά σχόλια ένα απλό mid range κινητό είναι τι ψάχνετε να σας μαγειρεύει και να πλένει πιάτα?
All good. The only bad thing I have noticed so far is that there is a problem with video calls. When I make a video call, the other side hears noises, like an echo. Apparently, my microphone picks up the voice of the person speaking and sends it back. Very annoying. So much so that we end up interrupting the video call.
Όλα καλά. το μόνο κακό που έχω εντοπίσει μέχρι στιγμής, είναι πως στις βιντεοκλήσεις υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Όταν κάνω βιντεοκλήση, η άλλη μεριά ακούει θορύβους, σαν ηχώ. Μάλλον το μικρόφωνο μου εντοπίζει τη φωνή αυτού που μιλάει και τη στέλνει πίσω. Πολύ ενοχλητικό. τόσο που διακόπτουμε τη βιντεοκλήση.
