It DOES have free applications for pdf word etc. Many USELESS "products" for download from kaios, it doesn't sync EASILY with maps and navigation like google. Camera for PHOTOS is very basic. On the positive side, the Hot Spot capability and the "DOWNLOAD" of youtube videos. It does a LITTLE bit of everything. I would be pleased IF it had a charging dock instead of a cable!
