Instructions for Use

  • Filling: Fill the kettle with water (at least up to the middle).
  • Setting: Set the thermostat to the desired temperature depending on the bird.
  • Scalding: When the temperature is reached, immerse the poultry and shake gently. Tip: Do not leave the bird inside for too long, as its skin may get damaged.
  • Temperature Note: Since the sensor is external, there may be a temperature difference. If you want 60°C in the water, it is recommended to set the thermostat to 70-75°C.

  • Duck: 63-66°C / 160-180 sec
  • Goose: 70-72°C / 120-130 sec
  • Pheasant: 63-67°C / 70-80 sec
