PLAMECA MELANOCTINA is a dietary supplement with melatonin that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before sleep.
Ingredients:- Dextrate
- Bulking agent (cellulose)
- Stabilizer (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose interlaced)
- Melatonin
- Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc)
- Recommended dose: 1 tablet
- Amount per recommended intake (1 tablet): Melatonin 1.95 mg
Take 1 tablet half an hour before sleep. It is recommended to take it at the same time every night.
