Owner of these headphones for a week now. Very good sound, nice bass as well as highs. Build quality is very good, but I wonder how long the soft material that sits around the ear will last.

Via bluetooth, they support LDAC, AAC, and SBC codecs. With the Pixel 7 pro, they use LDAC and even support LDAC at 990 kbps without any issues (setting via the headphones' app, EDIFIER Connex). Note that when using LDAC at 990 kbps, the headphones can only be connected to one playback device. iPhones currently do not support LDAC, so the codec used is AAC.

As soon as a usb-c cable is connected to the headphones (either for playback via usb-c or just for charging), their Bluetooth is immediately disabled, which means that playback via Bluetooth is not possible while charging. However, they charge very quickly. I have the impression that via cable the sound quality is a little bit better than via Bluetooth, but that might just be my imagination.

Update one and a half years later (2/6/2026): they work flawlessly. In many tracks, I have felt that with these headphones I hear sounds I hadn't noticed or couldn't hear with older headphones. The battery life is very satisfactory. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the purchase.

The product is designed with mobile users in mind and has a few annoying features like: Not being able to use them while charging. (The moment you plug the USB c they turn off). Another issue is that there is no application for computer users, you have to blindly press buttons on the headset to switch settings etc. Last negative is that concerning the volume, they are the most quite headset I've ever used, at 75% volume they are like 45% of normal headsets. Maxing them out is unsatisfying. The noise cancellation is pretty good and the sound quality is decent for it's cost. Build quality is ok as well, they are comfortable and they charge quickly. My overall score is 6/10. -- 8/10 if you plan to only use them with your phone

Very good headphones for their price! Their battery literally lasts for days, the sound with LDAC is crystal clear and the ANC isolates everything. They are super lightweight, comfortable, and the ability to connect to two devices at the same time is extremely convenient. The best value-for-money purchase.

Purchased at €50 and I judge them according to their price. Previous experience with Edifier was positive and value for money considering cost/sound and amazing battery life.
Very good sound, good NC (but as mentioned in another review, a bit "aggressive"). Battery, bluetooth jet.
The Edifier app is also useful.
The way they fold initially made me question the build quality but in the end - unless you are really clumsy - there is no problem at all.
The fit is a bit different compared to other Edifier On Ear models, but on my head, trouble-free. They didn't tire me after long use, but they may not be for everyone. If you can, try them before buying.

Bought on sale for €50. Build quality is average. Noise cancellation is nothing special. They get tiring after a few hours of use. Sound volume is non-existent. I can comfortably compare them to a pair of Sony on-ear headphones I have that cost €20. I haven't used the microphone. For my 10-year-old son who has no demands, they are just fine. I will continue to use my Bose.
