It is convenient, but many times when I checked and compared it with a simple glucose meter, the data had quite a difference, and in the end it detached after 10 days of wearing it, even though it is supposed to last for 15. As a result, I will not buy it again...,-sorry...

The best thing is not having to prick yourself all the time.
You just need to be a bit careful when putting it on. Recommended position is on the back and slightly inside of the arm.
It should be prescribed, it would save people.

It does exactly what it promises. If there is hair, it's better to know the area as I did, and it stuck and stayed exactly 15 days and measured everything. It was stable and did not come off even though I slept on the other side. The only thing I have to say is that it taught me a lot about how I eat throughout the day. For example, breakfast for me at least should be only protein and no carbohydrates. As for fruit, not even a thought because they cause a huge peak.
I wish it was cheaper because then I could check more often. I put it on during the Christmas holidays and it helped me not to overeat. I will put one on now at Easter and see how I do.

I buy them for my father, unfortunately we have also received some defective ones but the company is very respectable and sends new ones

The product is very good and quite accurate. Also very easy to set up. I did the whole process at the pharmacy. Most people have issues because they do not apply it correctly or do not secure it enough. Very useful not only for diabetics but also in general to see how your body responds to carbohydrates.

The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus has many connectivity issues; out of 6 sensors, 2 did not connect at all, 1 finished before the 15-day period, and 1 managed to connect to Abbott's transmitter (often losing contact) but not to my phone. I have 2 more that I haven't opened yet, and I hope they work properly.

The staff at the company were excellent, very helpful and polite, and replaced the sensors that didn't work.

3 out of 6 sensors did not work!

The first of the three barely connected, worked for a few hours and... got tired! It never gave a signal again!

The second one never connected, and neither turning Bluetooth or the device on and off, nor uninstalling and reinstalling the app as ABBOTT suggested on the phone, changed anything. However, they did send me two replacements and I must say they were excellent in our communication.

At noon, I installed the sensor (which was actually one of the two replacements!) and the photos are indicative of what I see (no sound notifications so far!) and now disappointment has completely replaced the initial excitement.

The readings show a large deviation from the readings with strips from the same company, up to +70!!!!

For anything that happens with the new sensor, I will inform them in person, because I want them to see it at Abbott's headquarters on Vouliagmenis.

No more phone calls, stop!

Stopped working in a week. Also measurements were around 50 points wrong to the regular glucometer with testing stripes

I rate one star because for me it was not working,I’m a insulin-requiring diabetic and i find it very dangerous what error of reading glucose give me,the sensor says that I’m on 69 mg/dl and capillary glucose was 113 mg/dl ,I know that the sensor is not reading from the blood and some differences they are,I’ve been using sensors for many ears ,and only freestyle 2 which i never have problems,from my experience with freestyle 2plus i will never recommend to nobody and buy again this product ,i also send a email to Abbott Grece with the issues ,and of course i never receive an answer ,normally they to replace the sensors that are not good.

It's the second one I've thrown away because the needle didn't pierce, this never happened to me with the old model, 150 in the trash :( :( :(
If you have slightly muscular arms, stay away.

It should be prescribed. It is a tool for all diabetic or prediabetic patients.
A little training is needed regarding the placement position.

I used Libre 2 for 1 year. NO problem. Now with the Libre 2 plus, 3 out of 4 have died prematurely on me. Coincidence? I don't think so....

For us diabetics, this is a lifesaver. However, as an innovative product, it may sometimes have issues. Abbott is always willing to replace your sensor and have you send back the problematic one for research. It also requires training and practice in placement and protection from bumps, sweat, etc., so that it functions properly. The specific one (2 plus) has a duration of 15 days instead of the 14 that the older ones have. Anyone with blood sugar issues should definitely get it; they will be surprised by the readings as unfortunately, there are many myths surrounding blood sugar, and you will easily realize this by wearing it for a few days.

the sensor died in less than 1 day of use.
update: I bought a second one, it died after 5 days of use.

I never had an issue with the old ones (Libre 2). keep your money for the casino more likely to be worth it

Very reliable and accurate when there are no sudden fluctuations, as then due to time lag there is a small deviation.
