After a year of taking it, I can say with certainty that it is very good and helps with sleep. I fall asleep 30 to 40 minutes after taking it and I sleep at least 6 and a half to 7 hours even if I get up to go to the bathroom. I drink it at 12 and sleep until 7 or 7:30. Finally, I am rested and the day goes perfectly. I have no side effects, no tremors, and I can easily do my workout at the gym.
