I have had the machine in my possession for 3 months and I use it every day. It is perfect, it makes perfect coffee, I haven't quite managed to get the freddo right but I haven't really tried much. Its steam wand is also perfect, it makes great milk froth. It is a bit noisy but nothing serious. The only negative I would say is that although it says it holds 18g of coffee to make a double espresso, it barely fits 13g. Most of the time I buy ground coffee from Coffee Island and Coffee Berry. Maybe the grind of the coffee is to blame. I believe you can easily compare the espresso it makes to many coffee shops that have professional machines.

Very good coffee as long as you have the right blend, it also makes nice crema and the milk froth is decent. It takes up little space on the counter and is worth its money. Very easy to use.

It is excellent, very beautiful, easy to clean, I have the black one... it makes good coffee, I used illy, I would say it’s tasty... just as someone else wrote, from the very first moment the large filter got clogged... and I hadn’t put too much coffee powder in it. I’ve had it for 15 days and now it doesn’t make any coffee at all with the large filter... moderate noise...

I am forced to use the small filter twice... could someone responsible or someone who knows tell me what is wrong??

In the end, I took the lid off the filter, blew air through it... I descaled it with white vinegar and it got cleaned... After talking with Mr. Chatzidimitriou, who was very friendly and helpful... and now I drink and enjoy tasty Fredo coffee...

From the very first moment, the large filter got clogged, resulting in me having to clean it with hot water every now and then. It's disappointing when you want to have a coffee and end up throwing away 2-3 doses of coffee, especially when it's not cheap. If anyone knows of an aftermarket portafilter, let me know because I'm about to throw it in the trash

First of all, it has a very nice modern aesthetic and it will fit your space. Then, don't expect professional results, it makes a decent coffee easily and quickly.

I've had it for 2 weeks now, I wouldn't say it's VFM, in the first few days it made coffee that was drinkable. With the same coffee, same grind, the quality gradually declined.
The deep portafilter got clogged and doesn't even let plain water through, so now I'm looking for an aftermarket one.
In such a short time that I've had it, the fact that it disappoints me makes me not want to recommend it to anyone.

By choosing good freshly ground coffee (e.g. taresso, taf) and not canned coffee, it makes very good coffee that surpasses even cafes that do not respect the customer and themselves.

Of course, the coffee we use also plays an important role. Personally, I buy quality coffee beans and grind them myself, so I have coffee for a few days.

I found it on offer and bought it. As vfm it would be unfair to give it less than 5 stars. It makes very good coffee. I'm not completely satisfied with the milk frother... but ok... it's decent.

So far the machine is flawless in every respect, fast heating, correct pressure, and it remains to be seen how well-built it is over time.

Very good, the only thing that bothers me a little is that when it operates you have to hold the cup because due to the machine's vibration it slowly moves and the coffee might spill out.

Coming from the Delonghi Dedica, I think I made a very good choice. It looks less quality due to the weight compared to the Delonghi. It's super easy to use since it's automatic. It heats up quickly due to the 1350w. Excellent coffee for my taste. (I'm not an expert) Better than the Delonghi. The steam wand is powerful. Also, the support is very good based on a survey I conducted. The headquarters are in Thessaloniki. I knew the brand from professional machines
