On just the second use, it stopped working and started leaking water. After I paid €45 for shipping so that an authorized dealer could check it, they concluded that the only problem was the soap I used (a commercial one and not Karcher’s), which created “too much foam.”
First of all, when it was returned to me, it was dented, scratched, and the part shown in the photo was broken (I assume from transport). But the worst part is that the problem was not solved! After I did 3-4 tests without soap this time, it stopped working again, fortunately without leaking water.
It seems that a filter—a small mesh—that is built into the lid of the tank clogs unreasonably easily and blocks the device (see video). And I describe it this way because I simply sucked up clean water from its own tank (what is described as the “rinse function” in the description), without sucking up dust or hair from the floor.
The bottom line is I paid extra, not only to get no solution, but also to receive it broken.

Κατά τη δεύτερη μόλις χρήση σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί και άρχισε να στάζει νερά. Αφού πλήρωσα 45€ μεταφορικά για να την ελέγξει εξουσιοδοτημένος αντιπρόσωπος, εκτίμησαν ότι απλά έφταιγε το σαπούνι που χρησιμοποίησα (του εμπορίου και όχι karcher) που έκανε "πολύ αφρό".
Καταρχάς, όταν ότι μου επεστράφη, ήταν χτυπημένη, γρατζουνισμένη και με σπασμένο το εξάρτημα της φωτογραφίας (φαντάζομαι από τη μεταφορά). Το χειρότερο όμως είναι ότι το πρόβλημα δεν λύθηκε! Αφού έκανα 3-4 δοκιμές χωρίς σαπούνι αυτή τη φορά, σταμάτησε πάλι να λειτουργεί, ευτυχώς χωρίς να στάζει νερά.
Φαίνεται ότι ένα φίλτρο - μικρό πλέγμα - που έχει ενσωματωμένο στο καπάκι του κάδου βουλώνει αδικαιολόγητα εύκολα και μπλοκάρει τη συσκευή (βλ. βίντεο). Και το χαρακτηρίζω έτσι γιατί απλά ρούφηξα καθαρό νερό μέσα από την ίδια του τη δεξαμενή (αυτό που στην περιγραφή του αναφέρεται σαν "λειτουργία έκπλυσης"), χωρίς να ρουφήξω σκόνες ή τρίχες από το πάτωμα δηλαδή.
Ο απολογισμός είναι έδωσα παραπάνω λεφτά, όχι μόνο για να μην πάρω κάποια λύση, αλλά για να το παραλάβω και σπασμένο.

If you are interested in a vacuum cleaner to wash your carpets or your sofa, you better invest in something better. On the first day of use, after 10 minutes of operation, the floater got stuck. Even though only 2 days had passed since the purchase from a Karcher store, they did not replace it but changed a part and admitted that this particular model has a problem, but with the replacement of the part it works normally. There is no service from the company, you call them and you are referred to an external partner and then no one from Karcher communicates with you. Spend your money on something more economical so you don't regret it.

We were very satisfied with this model from Karcher. I highly recommend it. We used it on a large carpet and it became like new. I was worried about the small liters regarding its use, but everything was fine.
