On just the second use, it stopped working and started leaking water. After I paid €45 for shipping so that an authorized dealer could check it, they concluded that the only problem was the soap I used (a commercial one and not Karcher’s), which created “too much foam.”
First of all, when it was returned to me, it was dented, scratched, and the part shown in the photo was broken (I assume from transport). But the worst part is that the problem was not solved! After I did 3-4 tests without soap this time, it stopped working again, fortunately without leaking water.
It seems that a filter—a small mesh—that is built into the lid of the tank clogs unreasonably easily and blocks the device (see video). And I describe it this way because I simply sucked up clean water from its own tank (what is described as the “rinse function” in the description), without sucking up dust or hair from the floor.

Even though only 2 days had passed since the purchase from a Karcher store, they did not replace it but changed a part and admitted that this particular model has a problem, but with the replacement of the part it works normally. There is no service from the company, you call them and you are referred to an external partner and then no one from Karcher communicates with you. Spend your money on something more economical so you don't regret it.
Εάν ενδιαφέρεστε για μια σκούπα να πλένετε τα χαλιά σας ή τον καναπέ σας καλύτερα επενδύστε σε κάτι καλύτερο. Στην πρώτη μέρα χρήσης μετά από 10 λεπτά λειτουργίας κόλλησε το φλοτερ , αν κ πέρασαν 2 ημέρες από την αγορά της από κατάστημα της Karcher δεν την αλλάζουν αλλά άλλαξαν ένα εξάρτημα και παραδέχθηκαν ότι η συγκεκριμένη βγάζει πρόβλημα αλλά με την αλλαγή του εξαρτήματος λειτουργεί κανονικά. Εξυπηρέτηση δεν υπάρχει από την εταιρεία, τους καλείς και μιας με εξωτερικό συνεργάτη και μετά από την Karcher δεν επικοινωνεί κανείς.Δωστε τα χρήματα σας σε κάτι πιο οικονομικό για να μην τα κλαίτε.
