I am very satisfied; if you are looking for something in this budget (35-45€) it is the best choice as they do their job quite well like most out there. However, if you like RGB, that's where they make the difference as they put on an amazing show and also have little mirrors that create a kind of infinity effect—nice detail. Also, you should know that even the controller itself lights up, so I would suggest sticking it on the inside of the case so it can be seen as well.
The only negative is that indeed they are not among the quietest on the market; there is a noticeable sound, which personally, as a longtime PS4 user, doesn't bother me much, but it's important to mention.

this is my first RGB build, before it was only sleeper builds. In my order there were two boxes with 3 each, but there was a mistake and there were only 5 fans inside, one was missing. As soon as I called, the manager sent me the missing one plus two extra as a gift. The hub that comes inside only one has the 8 fans on it, each box also has such a hub and controller. They are beautiful, I recommend them with my eyes closed
