Instructions for use + Permanent liquid nº2: Wash the hair. Rinse. Apply the forming liquid to the rods with a small sponge. Allow the required time to pass. Rinse thoroughly with water and neutralize.

Neutralizer for permanent: After rinsing the rods, dry the hair with a towel. Apply the neutralizer (save some for the end) to each rod, leaving it on for 5 minutes. Continue to unwind, and once the hair is free, apply the remaining neutralizer. Rinse with plenty of water.
