Generally good construction, steel (not aluminum), electrostatic paint. It looks sturdy. I don't know if it can withstand a 50 kg load, but the base for the screws is relatively narrow for tall heights and definitely the screws that secure it to the particle board or similar material will come off first.
The small diameter also looks aesthetically strange on a table, for example.
