The BLACKplus series by Risoli is made from 6mm thick cast aluminum and features the next-generation El Diamant coating, which guarantees unprecedented scratch resistance along with excellent non-stick properties.

The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, ensures highly healthy cooking without the use of fats at low or medium temperatures, allowing food to retain its nutritional values.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Before using the cookware, wash with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and rub with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while it is empty and do not leave it on the fire after the contents have evaporated.
  • Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor, and continuous overheating could damage the coating.
