      I'll say the basics for those thinking of buying it: it's a very honest phone for its price (I found it for €168) with a case included and a pre-installed screen protector ready from the factory, so that's a big plus.

      120Hz screen, very smooth, very nice vibrant colors with minimal to no lag, and with the Helio G99 Ultra processor, very decent, it runs games, social apps, and such smoothly and comfortably.

      Internet wifi, no issues, although with 4G only on data you'll notice a difference compared to 5G, but generally good.

      Camera is satisfactory in good lighting, and the front camera is a bit lower depending on lighting conditions. It's not iPhone level, but generally okay.

      Battery easily lasts all day, which I would say is its strong point along with the screen.

      If you want something affordable towards mid-range, it's a very good choice from Xiaomi

      Owner of an iPhone 15, I wanted a second affordable phone mainly for summer and the beach, and I found the Redmi Note 14...

      I'll say the basics for those thinking of buying it: it's a very honest phone for its price (I found it for €168) with a case included and a pre-installed screen protector ready from the factory, so that's a big plus.

      120Hz screen, very smooth, very nice vibrant colors with minimal to no lag, and with the Helio G99 Ultra processor, very decent, it runs games, social apps, and such smoothly and comfortably.

      Internet wifi, no issues, although with 4G only on data you'll notice a difference compared to 5G, but generally good.

      Camera is satisfactory in good lighting, and the front camera is a bit lower depending on lighting conditions. It's not iPhone level, but generally okay.

      Battery easily lasts all day, which I would say is its strong point along with the screen.

      If you want something affordable towards mid-range, it's a very good choice from Xiaomi

      On HyperOS 2.x version it freezes easily when unlocking and even when someone calls me I have to wait a few seconds for it to show me who's calling. While so far it worked perfectly for absolutely basic use (social media, YouTube, phone, Viber, Spotify, NFC, photos - though the camera is average), suddenly, even though I have a very good internet connection, when I use TikTok or other apps that require internet, it lags because the phone does not transmit good internet, while other people connected to the same network can use the respective apps without facing the same problems. The same thing has started happening with mobile data when I am not connected to Wi-Fi.

      I give 5 stars as I consider this particular phone a very fair trade.

      For the 135 euros I bought it for,
      -I have an excellent camera for my needs.
      -I have an excellent screen.
      -I don't notice any lag anywhere.
      -Modern Android with a few years of update coverage.
      -Impressive durability against drops, scratches, and water.

      Indeed, if I was coming from a phone that came out years ago, which was bought for 600 euros, and I expected to get more performance today for 135€,

      Owner of an iPhone 15, I wanted a second affordable phone mainly for summer and the beach, and I found the Redmi Note 14...

      I'll say the basics for those thinking of buying it: it's a very honest phone for its price (I found it for €168) with a case included and a pre-installed screen protector ready from the factory, so that's a big plus.

      120Hz screen, very smooth, very nice vibrant colors with minimal to no lag, and with the Helio G99 Ultra processor, very decent, it runs games, social apps, and such smoothly and comfortably.

      Internet wifi, no issues, although with 4G only on data you'll notice a difference compared to 5G, but generally good.

      Camera is satisfactory in good lighting, and the front camera is a bit lower depending on lighting conditions. It's not iPhone level, but generally okay.

      Battery easily lasts all day, which I would say is its strong point along with the screen.

      If you want something affordable towards mid-range, it's a very good choice from Xiaomi
