Perfect for its price, the only minus is that battery drains quickly, which I partially solved by restricting 5G and background apps activity.

The product has an issue with its battery. While everything else is fine, it is fast, takes nice photos, its battery needs to be charged 2 or even 3 times a day. I will request a replacement. The battery probably has some problem.

Really a mess for me, the first two months everything was going well, now it overheats like it's an oven and lags incredibly, I might have exited TikTok and the sound keeps playing for more than ten seconds and I've even done a deep clean, storage space is 50/128GB used, I try not to stress it but it always disappoints me, also it bends incredibly easily, I had it in my pocket and it turned into a bridge

It has been purchased for basic use. It has some issues with the GPS compared to other branded phones at the same price. And for anyone buying it for the audio jack, its output would be a miracle if it reaches 16bit 44khz

Purchase of this particular phone for my mother, she is very satisfied. Upgrade from the Redmi Note10, much better camera. The camera lags behind compared to the top phones on the market.
My advice, when making a purchase, choose at least 256GB or more for storage capacity.

I love it more every day. It came with a free case!! Disadvantages, like all of its generation: When you talk, the connection or the image is lost and you can't end the call. It drops 30% without much use, with internet and calls, needs charging every night. Xiaomi's software, I've loved for years, the PURPLE color is nothing like expected, it's a faded lilac. Good photos, good synchronization, very large videos (e.g. 3 videos of 7-8 minutes = 2.5 Gb).

I got it for my daughter, it's excellent. She uses it all the time, she uses it for CapCut, games, videos, she hasn't complained about any problems. Nice design, the operating system works fine, excellent for its price.

I have had it for 12 months. It's ok! The fingerprint sensor has some issues, it often works on the second or third try. For 8GB ram, after 6 months I can say it has some lags, not always, but it's noticeable. Overall, at this price I consider it a good purchase overall. The good thing is that, coming from an older model of the same series, I was able to sync data very easily and quickly. For now, I am satisfied, except for the fingerprint sensor and some lags.

I return to say: DO NOT buy it!!! It's garbage! They no longer go through any quality control! It lags incredibly for its specs and the latest update made it WORSE! It randomly changes brightness for no reason and you can't disable it from the settings! The fingerprint sensor works one out of 3-4 times, slow and unreliable!! Bad. Never again xiaomi for me.

Very good choice for everyday use. I got it for my mother. The phone is quite fast and relatively easy to use.

It is 5G, has NFC for contactless payments, offers a relatively satisfactory storage space of 128GB and a relatively good camera for photos, it's not 108MP but it performs satisfactorily. The front camera for video calls is very decent, the microphone is excellent, and the stereo speakers offer satisfactory sound. It also has a headphone jack, a good 120Hz AMOLED screen, and a very good 5110mAh battery for daily use. It also has a fast fingerprint sensor under the screen. It charges quickly at 45W.

It is worth noting that some settings are required to disable the ads that appear in the operating system's apps; you can find related videos on YouTube. Overall, an excellent phone for simple and comfortable everyday use.

Definitely an honest phone with good value for money for its category.

Very good phone. For my use (a bit of everything except games) it is fast, very good battery, nice photos, very good sound, I would just like it to have more brightness during the day of course.

I have had it for less than a month so far, and in terms of speed, appearance, and quality I have no complaints except for one thing and that's the reason I don't give it 5 stars. When I talk on the phone and have it to my ear, sometimes when I want to hang up, the screen does not turn on automatically as it should. Sometimes it turns on, sometimes it doesn't. I even restarted it in case it had frozen, but it still does it. My previous phone (the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T) I had for over 5 years and it never had this issue.

Very nice phone and it has all the basics you need. For the price it has, it is very good. Maybe only the camera is a bit off with the colors but with an adjustment it will probably be fixed. The battery charges very quickly and maybe discharges faster than usual.

Good, as I expected. I don't see any issue with the battery that I had read about in many comments. However, there is no difference from the older model (9) that I had.

For the money I paid, it's a fine phone. It supports all the basic applications without problems.

The phone is honest for its price, I didn't expect it. I got it as a company phone, switching from a Samsung A7 which in the end drove me crazy, it was lagging unbelievably. This one is very fast for the money, with a good processor and RAM which can be upgraded up to 6 + 6, very good. The battery lasts all day with social media use, I don't play games, payments via NFC and Spotify. Its screen is very bright even in the sun. The fingerprint and face recognition are instantaneous, not like the Samsung which always tells me the sensor needs cleaning. Overall, I would get it again, even with more memory, e.g. 256GB, and you'd be just fine

I had the Redmi Note 9 and I think it was more reliable.
I bought it to be faster, which, alas, it's a brand new phone!! And to have better resolution in photos and videos, but unfortunately it doesn't. It also has some processing features that are a bit incomprehensible.
To cut a long story short, everything negative I read from previous users is true.

The absolutely ideal and reliable solution when you want a good phone without spending a fortune. Obviously, there are better and more expensive options, but this one remains one of the most respectable.

Its camera is better than the Redmi Note 9 Pro, which I had until today. The AI does a good job in video and the shots are very good. However, the night shots still do not fully satisfy. The processor's performance is very good, but the battery does not live up to expectations. With moderate use, it does not last the whole day, while with the same use the 9 Pro, despite its age, still had 30% charge left at the end of the day.
Overall, it is a very honest (VFM) purchase. Ideal for someone who uses it moderately.

I had the Redmi Note 11 4G for three and a half years and a week ago I got this one. The battery is amazing, I use it all day without needing to charge it in between. For someone who doesn't use it much, it can easily last 2 days. The rear camera is very good with good resolution and clear image both in photos and videos, the front one is quite satisfactory. Overall, for its price, it is a very decent phone, I highly recommend it if someone is thinking of getting it!!

I always choose Xiaomi phones as a cheap but good option without exaggerations. This particular one is not worth it, compared to their older models. On the negative side: it lags from the first day, many apps are more difficult to use, less ergonomic, and malfunction in combination with the phone's features, while perhaps its microphone/speaker is not perfect either. Its battery is relatively good, and it is generally light and comfortable in the hand.

A beast in every aspect EXCEPT for its battery life, as others have mentioned with 5G enabled. I switched it to 4G (with all the limitations that entails) and I get better battery life. Very good value for money, if it had a better battery it would easily be 5 stars!

I bought the phone 20 days ago, I had the 12 Pro and I was very satisfied, so I decided to change after 3 years. The 14 is the worst phone I have ever bought, its battery is terrible, it doesn't even last until I get back from work, I don't play games, I use it for professional purposes, it even shut down twice, it's unacceptable!!! I sold it at a humiliating price, 150€ less, and got another one from a different company.

A lot of ads in the operating system, even in native basic apps like gallery etc. (HyperOS 1 - Android14). The battery, with my usage, seemed to last 1 or 1.5 days. I went through the process of cleaning it from bloatware and after more than 80+ settings and actions (such as disabling apps, 5G, unnecessary notifications and many others, most of which you can find if you search), the battery lasted 158 hours without charging! (6.6 days) with 3h20m voice calls and minimal use of viber-messenger-whatsapp. So I am satisfied. (I did not allow the upgrade to HyperOS 2) As for those who want to Root, it is possible but quite a tedious process (you wait a month since it makes you create an account on the Xiaomi forum etc). I haven't done it yet. Negative that it doesn't have a notification LED like my old phone. Overall I am satisfied now, -1 star for the ads in the basic apps.

UPDATE 17/9/2025: They checked the battery and "nothing was found," so I had to figure out what was wrong. In the end, as long as the screen was operating, the CPU (the processor) would heat up to 50+ and would excessively heat the device & battery. So either a faulty CPU or a faulty screen (or something very specialized, e.g. some power mechanism).

Unfortunately, it was not repaired/compensated as I requested a battery check and they did not look at the issue holistically.

It was delivered to me for free through a mobile contract. I am an IT specialist. Strong cameras, fast, easy to charge but... It is the worst battery I have encountered in a new model, despite any setting optimizations and only with the "battery saver" function it barely lasts a short day (without even gps/wifi). The entire production line must be defective with thousands of units, there are several reports in Greece but mainly abroad... I do not recommend it to anyone I know, risky case.

Slightly trash! I have been using it daily since March 2025. Its battery is ok. YouTube and internet browsing are ok. It gets very hot! Both in games and on the internet, but also while charging, even without using it. The charging setting is on normal and not fast. For photos it's ok, for video it's terrible. After about 30 seconds it always freezes and ruins both your video and the moment. Surely, it's not worth buying for almost anyone

I have the 11 Pro and my father got the 14. Fortunately, mine still works great and I would say it surpasses the 14 in several ways. I was disappointed by the 14 and be careful! It doesn't even come with a charger.
