Yes, the film has fewer reflections, but the applicator is terrible.
1) The thing that is supposed to align it is far from helping you put the film on straight, so you have to do the job yourself in the end.
2) I ruined 2 films and both times there was a mark in different spots each time, even though the phone is new and I used the cloths and dust removers.
There are so many applicators out there that remove dust by themselves, they should copy those.

    Terrible installation method. First time I can't apply a film properly due to the poorly thought-out installation method. It would be better to apply it all at once and not half and half as shown.

    I doubt it provides serious protection against breakage beyond the simple scratches you avoid
