Amazing coverage in a three-story maisonette, the AP was placed on the middle floor and covers satisfactorily even the farthest points of the other floors. Of course, the ceiling and wall affect it quite a bit. I will return when I try its Wi-Fi 7 capability, as I currently do not have a device that supports it. However, even on Wi-Fi 6 (and not 6E), in a straight line without obstacles, the speed is as much as with the cable (300 Mbps). Overall, very stable, without interference. VERY IMPORTANT: The PoE injector must be PoE+, meaning it should output 30 W at 48 V (e.g., see this on the Ubiquiti site which explicitly states that it is compatible with this specific AP). Most output at 24 V. Finally, a mystery is whether the product is available in two versions in Europe: one triple band (2.4 & 5 & 6 GHz) and one dual band (2.4 & 5 GHz). While the official site seems to only have a triple band version, here all the sellers state that it is dual band. I also called a couple of them to confirm and no one knew. They said they would call me back after asking, but of course, no one called.

Perhaps the better range comes from the improved antennas or maybe from the wifi 6/7 at 2.4 GHz. It goes without saying that 5G & 6G is good for computers that are relatively close to the AP. The price is a bit painful at €200, but wifi 7 is very new, so it's an early adoption tax.
