First of all, I would like to respond to Konstantinos_Sarlis5774 and say that all the vitamins that contain the B supplement have a similar size and smell, even if you take pure vitamin with a B complex, it will still be the same, let alone a multivitamin that contains a bunch of different vitamins. It doesn't matter if it's Solgar or Life Extension. If you take a "multivitamin" that doesn't have a corresponding smell and size, then it's fake, also this specific one is not a pill but a capsule, there's a difference.
Secondly, this specific one is amazing, I took it for 2 months and I actually felt the difference in energy/endurance almost immediately, even in my sleep, I sleep more easily. I did blood tests and they came out great, I had an issue with B12 for example, it was around 200~220 for a while. Within 2 months, it went up to 680. With other vitamins, I tried for months and it would only increase with difficulty, gradually.
Then I looked into why. For example, the well-known Solgar with VM2000 has a... fake formula. What it does regarding vitamin D, it gives us D2 (ergocalciferol) which is the inferior version of vitamin D with 1/10 of the absorbability compared to D3! (cholecalciferol)
Not only that, Solgar gives 400IU D2 (like 40IU D3) while Life Extension gives 2,000IU D3! We're talking about night and day, a tremendous scam. For those who don't know, 40IU (International Units) is 1mcg, which means one microgram, which is 1/1000 of a gram! What can that do for you?
The same goes for B12, Solgar gives 100mg of cyanocobalamin while Life Extension gives 300mg of methylcobalamin, look it up to see which one has better absorbability... night and day.
After Solgar puts some fake stuff in, it then adds 5mg of Taurine so that you feel a little energy and say that it did the job, while taurine is temporary. But do you take multivitamins or Red Bull?
I believe that the One per day (or even the Two per day, it's practically the same, just half the dosage for those who can't swallow) is a very good multivitamin if not the best, as I have tried several but none did the same job.
Καταρχήν θα ήθελα να απαντήσω στον Konstantinos_Sarlis5774 και να πω πως όλες οι βιταμίνες οι οποίες περίεχουν το συμπλήρωμα της B έχουν αντίστοιχο μέγεθος και μυρωδία, ακόμα και σκέτη βιταμίνη με σύμπλεγμα B να πάρεις πάλι έτσι θα είναι πόσο μάλλον μία τέτοια πολυβιταμίνη που περιέχει ένα κάρο διαφορετικές βιταμίνες. Δεν έχει να κάνει με άμα είναι Solgar ή Life Extension. Άμα πάρεις μία που είναι "πολυβιταμίνη" αλλά δεν έχει αντίστοιχη μυρωδιά και μέγεθος τότε είναι μούφα, επίσης δεν είναι χάπι το συγκεκριμένο αλλά κάψουλα έχει διαφορά.
Δεύτερων η συγκεκριμένη είναι τρομερή τις πήρα για 2 μήνες και όντως σχεδόν άμεσα ένιωσα την διαφορά σε ενέργεια/αντοχή ακόμα και στον ύπνο κοιμάμαι πιο εύκολα. Έκανα αιματολογικές εξετάσεις και βγήκαν τούμπανο, είχα θέμα με την B12 για παράδειγμα ήταν για καιρό στο 200~220. Μέσα σε 2 μήνες πήγε 680. Με άλλες βιταμίνες προσπαθούσα επί μήνες και ανέβαινε με το ζόρι, σιγά σιγά.
Μετά έψαξα το γιατί. Για παράδειγμα η γνωστή σε όλους Solgar με την VM2000 έχει μία... μούφα φόρμουλα. Τι κάνει όσο αφορά την βιταμίνη D, μας δίνει την D2 (εργοκαλσιφερόλη) η οποία είναι η υποδεέστερη έκδοση της βιταμίνης D μέ το 1/10 της απορροφητικότητας σε σχέση με την D3! (χοληκαλσιφερόλη)
Όχι μόνο αυτό η Solgar δίνει 400IU D2 (σαν 40IU D3) ενώ η Life Extension δίνει 2.000IU D3! Μιλάμε για νύχτα με την μέρα, τρομερή απάτη. Για όσους δεν ξέρουν 40IU (International Units) είναι 1mcg δηλαδή ένα μικρογραμμάριο δηλαδή το 1/1000 του γραμμαρίου! Τι να σου κάνει αυτό;
Κάτι αντίστοιχο ισχύει και με την B12, η Solgar δίνει 100mg κυανοκοβαλαμίνης ενώ η Life Extension 300mg μεθυλοκοβαλαμίνης, ψάξτε να δείτε ποια έχει καλύτερη απορροφητικότητα... νύχτα με την μέρα.
Αφού η Solgar βάζει ψιλομούφες μέσα μετά πετάει και μία Ταυρίνη 5mg για να νιώσεις λίγη ενέργεια και να πεις πως έκανε δουλειά ενώ η ταυρίνη είναι προσωρινή της στιγμής. Πολυβιταμίνες παίρνεις όμως ή Red Bull;
Πιστεύω πως το One per day (ή και το Two per day το ίδιο είναι πρακτικά απλά είναι μισή δοσολογία για όσους δεν μπορούν να καταπιούν) είναι μία πολύ καλή πολυβιταμίνη αν όχι η καλύτερη καθώς΄έχω δοκιμάσει αρκετά αλλά κανένα δεν έκανε την ίδια δουλειά.
