Although they are relatively large in size and have a slight smell, which personally did not bother me, I can say that they do a very good job. Especially since I do intermittent fasting and need extra vitamins, I found them quite helpful. Also, I feel that they give me more energy throughout the day, something I had been missing lately.

Very good multivitamin, not just a basic option. Its strong point is that it has a quite complete composition in one tablet per day, with good doses of vitamins B, C, D, zinc, selenium, and additional elements such as lutein/zeaxanthin, chromium complex, and antioxidants.

I consider it a good choice for people with a busy daily life, whether they exercise or don't always have a perfect diet. It's not a magic pill for energy, but as a daily base it's much more serious than the classic cheap multivitamins.

A small downside is the price and that it's best taken with food, because it's a relatively strong formula. Overall, a very honest choice if you want quality and not just the most economical multivitamin.

Tablets smell horrible even after trying to air them. The smell permeates even taste. Did not manage to finish them.

Old-fashioned, taste from the 90s... huge pill. Disgusting taste. Sticks to the throat, doesn't float.

First time trying a multivitamin. With this one, I have noticed that I don't have that "slump" after work, but I feel very good. Also, I saw a difference in my workouts; in the first month, I gained +2kg of muscle mass (!!!) with proper diet and creatine. It does the job

I have been taking these vitamins for 2 years with a one-month break. If taken for 3 months, they keep the body functioning at a good level. The only negative aspect is the strong smell

I cannot yet judge the effectiveness, however it should be mentioned that visually, in terms of taste/smell, unfortunately, and in size, it appears identical to Solgar VM2000.

The rating is solely based on the fact that the pill is huge. Basically, almost 2.5cm in length and 0.8cm in height, with a terrible taste/smell (similar to the VM2000 as mentioned before).

Personally, I struggle several times with the use, even though I have no issue with any other pill I have tried. If someone generally does not handle well in this aspect, it is better to avoid them simply because they will not be able to swallow them and the money will go to waste.

From the first days, I saw a difference in my endurance because I have a quite tiring job. I highly recommend the product.
