I bought the TP-Link Archer MR600 v5 (latest version) on Black Friday for €90 and it was truly a bargain. The router performs incredibly well for its category, with excellent 4G+ speeds — much higher than I expected. The signal is stable, there are no disconnections, and the coverage throughout the house is flawless.
I also uploaded an unboxing video for anyone who wants to see the device and the installation process (the channel is called BasilisXRM – or you can just type the device name as it appears on Skroutz and it will show up immediately). It is truly plug-and-play and works perfectly from the very first minute.
For the price of the offer, but also in general for anyone who needs a reliable 4G+ router in areas where there is no fast fixed internet, e.g. in the village where I need it, the MR600 v5 is simply a must-buy. I recommend it without a second thought! Especially for someone like me who doesn’t want to spend so much money on a 5G router!

Άψογο 4G+ Router – Τρομερή αξία στα 90€!
Αγόρασα το TP-Link Archer MR600 v5(νεότερη έκδοση) στη Black Friday στα 90€ και πραγματικά ήταν ευκαιρία. Το router αποδίδει απίστευτα καλά για την κατηγορία του, με εξαιρετικές ταχύτητες σε 4G+ — πολύ πάνω από ό,τι περίμενα. Το σήμα είναι σταθερό, δεν κάνει αποσυνδέσεις και η κάλυψη σε όλο το σπίτι είναι άψογη.
Ανέβασα και βίντεο unboxing για όποιον θέλει να δει τη συσκευή και τη διαδικασία εγκατάστασης(BasilisXRM
λέγεται το κανάλι- ή γράφεις το όνομα της συσκευής όπως το έχει το σκρουτζ και θα σου το εμφανίσει αμέσως). Είναι πραγματικά plug-and-play και λειτουργεί τέλεια από το πρώτο λεπτό.
Για τα χρήματα της προσφοράς, αλλά και γενικά για όποιον χρειάζεται αξιόπιστο 4G+ router Σε περιοχές που δεν υπάρχει γρήγορο σταθερό ίντερνετ πχ στο χωριό που το θέλω εγώ, το MR600 v5 είναι απλά must-buy. Το προτείνω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη! Ειδικά για κάποιον σαν εμένα που δεν θέλει να ξοδέψει τόσα πολλά λεφτά για 5G router!

I have installed it in the village to support the camera. I have no issues so far. The house is 70sqm with stone walls inside and out, and I get good performance even at the farthest point.
Το έχω βάλει στο χωριό για την υποστήριξη της κάμερας. Δεν έχω κανένα θέμα προς το παρών. Το σπίτι είναι 70τμ με πετρινους τοιχους και εσωτερικά και έχω καλή απόδοση και στο πιο μακρινό σημείο.

SAVED !!! I wanted a connection with reliable and fast internet at my holiday home in the village of Thermisia in the Prefecture of Argolida, which I visit occasionally. Mainly for the summer months. And at low cost. But I did not want to be tied to a contract, because until now I had the classic “VDSL at the Holiday Home” connection (via the telephone network) from Cosmote with a contract/fixed fee, which was tragic. The 1st time it worked, the 3 times it did not. When it rained, I was completely without internet. But even when it worked, the internet crawled, it was very unstable and (on good days) barely reached 8-9Mbps !!!!! I could barely watch Netflix or Cosmote TV. … Yet every month, I paid the monthly fixed fee of the VDSL contract connection, like a “rayah”. I was desperate.
Well, with this router I was SAVED !!! It is an excellent solution, and at low cost !!!! I put in a Cosmote SIM card for Mobile Internet via the Mobile Telephone Network, which costs €20. And I loaded it with a Prepaid Mobile Internet package. FINALLY I have reliable and fast internet/WiFi at the holiday home in the summer. Nothing like the traditional VDSL connection. And without a contract or fixed fees. Whenever I want, I “load” the SIM with 1- or 3-month unlimited data packages (TRULY completely unlimited, without speed reduction with this specific offer).
As for this particular router, I highly recommend it. I simply took it out of the box, inserted the SIM card, plugged it into power, and it synchronized IMMEDIATELY with the Cosmote network. Without any special configuration. And WiFi 5 (with 2 bands 2.4/5GHz) was immediately available. I have never seen an easier router setup. As soon as I plugged it in, I had WiFi internet throughout the house. And indeed the TVs played Cosmote TV and Netflix in 4K resolution.
NOTE: This router has 4G+ mobile connection. I bought it for €125. Of course I could have spent 3 times as much and bought a router with 5G mobile connection. But I did not do it (yet), because: (A) 5G costs 3 times more and I did not want to go for expensive solutions at my holiday home, (B) I did not need 5G speed, since Cosmote TV and Netflix work perfectly even with “4K resolution” movies, and (C) the 5G signal in my area is weak. And I was afraid I might have many internet interruptions. Besides, on 4G+, all my applications work perfectly. When the mobile antennas in my village are upgraded, maybe I will move to 5G in a few years. But for now, this router solved all the problems I had with VDSL. When 5G router prices drop, maybe then I will consider switching to a 5G router. But this one fully covers Cosmote TV, Netflix, working from home, WiFi at the holiday home, etc…
CONCLUSION: This router is flawless, reliable, connects very easily and its setup is a piece of cake. Put in a Prepaid Mobile Internet SIM card with an unlimited package and … use the internet without stress at your holiday home. AND EVERYWHERE !!!!!!!! Don’t overthink it … it is a very good choice for €125, if you do not want to go for more expensive solutions with a 5G network.
Also important is that you can take this router with you wherever you travel. It is very light, small and convenient. That is, apart from the holiday home in the summer, it is perfect to take with you on trips too (e.g. weekends, rented rooms), camping (as long as you have power) or anywhere else you temporarily need a good internet/WiFi connection. And without a contract or fixed fees. It is not tied to a specific location. You load a data package onto the SIM whenever you want.
UPDATE 30/09/25: If you choose it, get the most recent version "v5" of this router. I had bought the "v3" version of the router.
UPDATE 10/03/2026: Cosmote’s cheap internet packages with €25 (unlimited data for 1 month), or €55 (unlimited data for 3 months) were available only during the summer months of 2025. In winter Cosmote offers other packages, with less attractive terms. But that does not bother me, since the new packages fully cover me and I did not want the commitment of a contract for my holiday home mainly during the summer months. As for the router itself, I have noticed that in winter you can find it at lower prices around €90. Obviously, when there is no demand, they lower its price. … But I suppose that in summer, when this router has increased demand, they raise its price again.
UPDATE 22/05/26: Now I saw that Cosmote once again offers the excellent summer mobile internet packages with a €25 card (truly unlimited data for 1 month), or €55 (truly unlimited data for 3 months). So we have perfect internet at the holiday home again this year.
UPDATE 19/06/26: For this particular router, it is very important to do a “Firmware Update”. Suddenly it started to disconnect many times. Cosmote assured me that the problem was not theirs. As soon as I did a Firmware Update from the original firmware 1.1.00.9.1 v0001.0 to the newer 1.5.00.9.1 v0001.0, my problem was indeed solved immediately. The router no longer disconnected, the speed was stable and it worked flawlessly. In the end, the Firmware Update does matter for this particular router.
ΣΩΘΗΚΑ !!! Ήθελα σύνδεση με αξιόπιστο και γρήγορο internet στο εξοχικό μου στο χωρίο Θερμησία του Νομού Αργολίδας, στο οποίο πηγαίνω περιστασιακά. Κυρίως για τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Και με χαμηλό κόστος. Αλλά δεν ήθελα να δεσμευτώ με συμβόλαιο, για έως τώρα είχα την κλασσική σύνδεση “VDSL στο Εξοχικό” (μέσω τηλεφωνικού δικτύου) από την Cosmote με συμβόλαιο/πάγιο, η οποία ήταν τραγική. Την 1 φορά δούλευε, τις 3 φορές δεν δούλευε. Όταν έβρεχε, ήμουν χωρίς internet εντελώς. Αλλά και όταν δούλευε, το internet σερνόταν, ήταν πολύ ασταθές και (στις καλές μέρες) μετά βίας έφτανε τα 8-9Mbps !!!!! Με το ζόρι έβλεπα Netflix ή Cosmote TV. … Όμως κάθε μήνα, πλήρωνα το μηνιαίο πάγιο της σύνδεσης συμβολαίου VDSL, σαν “ραγιάς”. Είχα απελπιστεί.
Λοιπόν, με αυτό το router ΣΩΘΗΚΑ !!! Είναι μια εξαιρετική λύση, και με χαμηλό κόστος !!!! Του έβαλα μια κάρτα SIM της Cosmote για Mobile Internet μέσω Δικτύου Κινητής Τηλεφωνίας, η οποία στοιχίζει €20. Και της φόρτωσα Prepaid πακέτο Mobile Internet. ΕΠΙΤΕΛΟΥΣ έχω αξιόπιστο και γρήγορο internet/WiFi στο εξοχικό το καλοκαίρι. Καμία σχέση με την παραδοσιακή σύνδεση VDSL. Και χωρίς συμβόλαιο ή πάγια. Όποτε θέλω, "φορτώνω" στη SIM πακέτα με 1 ή 3 μήνες απεριόριστα δεδομένα (ΟΝΤΩΣ εντελώς απεριόριστα, χωρίς μείωση ταχύτητας με την συγκεκριμένη προσφορά).
Όσον αφορά το συγκεκριμένο router, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Απλά το έβγαλα από το κουτί, του έβαλα την κάρτα SIM, το έβαλα στο ρεύμα και συγχρόνισε ΑΜΕΣΩΣ στο δίκτυο της Cosmote. Χωρίς καμία ιδιαίτερη παραμετροποίηση. Και το WiFi 5 (με 2 μπάντες 2,4/5GHz) ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο. Πιο εύκολο setup σε router, δεν έχω ξαναδεί. Μόλις το έβαλα στη πρίζα, είχα WiFi internet σε όλο το σπίτι. Και μάλιστα οι τηλεοράσεις έπαιζαν Cosmote TV και το Netflix με ανάλυση 4K.
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Ο router αυτός έχει σύνδεση κινητής τηλεφωνίας 4G+. Εγώ τον αγόρασα €125. Βεβαία θα μπορούσα να δώσω τα 3πλάσια χρήματα και να πάρω router με σύνδεση κινητής 5G. Αλλά δεν το έκανα (ακόμα), γιατί: (Α) το κόστος 5G έχει 3πλάσια λεφτά και δεν ήθελα να πάω σε ακριβές λύσεις στο εξοχικό μου, (Β) την ταχύτητα του 5G δεν την χρειαζόμουν, μιας και η Cosmote TV και το Netflix παίζουν τέλεια ακόμα και σε ταινίες “4Κ ανάλυσης” και (Γ) το σήμα 5G στην περιοχή μου είναι αδύναμο. Και φοβήθηκα μην έχω πολλές διακοπές στο internet. Άλλωστε στα 4G+, όλες οι εφαρμογές μου παίζουν τέλεια. Όταν οι κεραίες κινητής στο χωριό μου αναβαθμιστούν, ίσως πάω στα 5G σε λίγα χρόνια. Αλλά για την ώρα, ο router αυτός μου έλυσε όλα τα προβλήματα που είχα με το VDSL. Όταν οι τιμές των router 5G πέσουν, ίσως τότε σκεφτώ να πάω σε router 5G. Αλλά αυτός εδώ μου καλύπτει πλήρως την Cosmote TV, Netflix, εργασία στο σπίτι, WiFi στο εξοχικό, κλπ…
ΕΠΙΛΟΓΟΣ: Ο συγκεκριμένος router είναι άψογος, αξιόπιστος, συνδέεται πολύ εύκολα και το setup του είναι παιχνιδάκι. Βάλτε του και μια Prepaid Mobile Internet κάρτα SIM με απεριόριστο πακέτο και … χρησιμοποιείστε το internet χωρίς άγχος στο εξοχικό σας. ΚΑΙ ΠΑΝΤΟΥ !!!!!!!! Μην το ψάχνετε … είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή ο router στα €125, αν δεν θέλετε να πάτε σε ακριβότερες λύσεις με δίκτυο 5G.
Επίσης σημαντικό είναι ότι τον router αυτόν, τον παίρνετε μαζί σας όπου και να ταξιδέψετε. Είναι πολύ ελαφρύς, μικρός και βολικός. Δηλαδή εκτός από το εξοχικό τα καλοκαίρια, είναι τέλειος να τον παίρνεις μαζί σου και σε ταξίδια (π.χ. Σαββατοκύριακα, σε ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια), στο camping (αρκεί να έχεις ρεύμα) ή οπουδήποτε αλλού χρειαστείς προσωρινά μία καλή σύνδεση internet/WiFi. Και χωρίς συμβόλαιο ή πάγιο. Δεν είναι δεσμευμένος σε συγκεκριμένη τοποθεσία. Φορτώνετε στη SIM ένα πακέτο δεδομένων, όποτε θέλετε.
UPDATE 30/09/25: Αν τον επιλέξετε, πάρτε την πλέον πρόσφατη έκδοση "v5" του router αυτού. Εγώ είχα αγοράσει την έκδοση "v3" του router.
UPDATE 10/03/2026: Τα φθηνά πακέτα internet της Cosmote με €25 (απεριόριστα δεδομένα για 1 μήνα), ή €55 (απεριόριστα δεδομένα για 3 μήνες) ήταν διαθέσιμα μόνο τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες του 2025. Τον χειμώνα η Cosmote δίνει άλλα πακέτα, με λιγότερο ελκυστικούς όρους. Αλλά αυτό εμένα δεν με χαλάει, μιας και τα καινούργια πακέτα με καλύπτουν πλήρως και δεν ήθελα την δέσμευση συμβολαίου για το εξοχικό μου κυρίως τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Όσον αφορά τον router καθεαυτό, έχω παρατηρήσει ότι τον χειμώνα τον βρίσκεις και σε χαμηλότερες τιμές γύρω στα €90 . Προφανώς, όταν δεν έχει ζήτηση, κατεβάζουν την τιμή του. … Αλλά υποθέτω ότι το καλοκαίρι που ο router αυτός έχει αυξημένη ζήτηση, του ανεβάζουν την τιμή του πάλι.
UPDATE 22/05/26: Τώρα είδα ότι η Cosmote διαθέτει και πάλι τα εξαιρετικά καλοκαιρινά πακέτα mobile internet με κάρτα των €25 (πραγματικά απεριόριστα δεδομένα για 1 μήνα), ή €55 (πραγματικά απεριόριστα δεδομένα για 3 μήνες). Άρα έχουμε τέλειο internet στο εξοχικό και φέτος.
UPDATE 19/06/26: Για τον συγκεκριμένο router, είναι πολύ σημαντικό να κάνετε “Firmware Update”. Ξαφνικά άρχισε να μου κάνει πολλές αποσυνδέσεις. Η Cosmote με διαβεβαίωνε ότι δεν ήταν δικό τους το πρόβλημα. Μόλις έκανα Firmware Update από το αρχικό firmware 1.1.00.9.1 v0001.0 στο νεότερο 1.5.00.9.1 v0001.0 , όντως το πρόβλημά μου λύθηκε αμέσως. Ο router δεν είχε πια αποσυνδέσεις, η ταχύτητα ήταν σταθερή και δούλευε άψογα. Τελικά το Firmware Update παίζει ρόλο για τον συγκεκριμένο router.
It is a very good router for its price! Good construction, I put in a Cosmote SIM since it generally has the best network compared to other companies I believe... The result was that I managed to get 116 mbps download and 37 mbps upload in the countryside, with 3 devices connected at the same time just fine! The good thing is that this router can also be used with fixed internet at home (you need to set it up through the tp-link page or the app) as with an ethernet cable it can offer up to 1000. Ειναι ενα παρα πολυ καλο ρουτερ για τα λεφτα του! Καλη κατασκευη, εβαλα sim cosmote καθως εχει το καλυτερο δυκτιο γενικα απο τις υπολοιπες εταιριες πιστευω... Το αποτελεσμα ηταν να καταφερω να πιασω επαρχια 116 mbps dawn και up 37 mbps, 3 συσκευες ταυτοχρονα συνδεμενες μια χαρα! Το καλο ειναι οτι το ρουτερ αυτο μπορει να χρησιμοποιηθει και με σταθερο ιντερνετ στο σπιτι (θελει να το ρυθμισεις μεσα απο την σελιδα της tp-link η την εφαρμογη) καθως με καλωδιο ethernet μπορει να προσφερει ως 1000. Με την εφαρμογη της tp-link μπορεις να ρυθμισεις πολλες παραμετρους.

It does its job perfectly. With my mobile data I had signal losses and low speeds in the range of 2-7 mbps. In the same spot in the house with the device, it has a stable speed of 40mbps. Huge difference!
Κάνει τη δουλειά του άψογα. Με τα δεδομένα του κινητού είχα απώλειες στο σήμα και χαμηλή ταχύτητα της τάξεως του 2-7 mbps. Στο ίδιο σημείο του σπιτιού με το μηχάνημα έχει σταθερή ταχύτητα 40mbps . Τεράστια διαφορά!
I've had it for a year, stable without ANY disconnection. I use it for work so this is important. Speeds improved after the firmware update, 50-80 down and 9-11 up. The only downside is it doesn't have a VPN client, only openvpn, so it requires a lot of work if you want to use a VPN provider.
Το έχω ένα χρόνο,σταθερό χωρίς ΚΑΜΙΑ αποσύνδεση. Το χρησιμοποιώ για εργασία οπότε είναι σημαντικό αυτό.ταχύτητες έφτιαξαν μετά το firm update,50-80 down και 9-11 up. Το μόνο κακό δεν έχει VPN client μόνο openvpn όποτε θέλει πολλή δουλειά αν θέλεις να βάλεις κάποιον VPN provider.

I used it with a COSMOTE card in an area with moderate signal and it reached 30mbs download and about 10mbs upload. Overall, I was very satisfied with the speeds and the stability of the connection (the packaging refers to it as 4G+, I tried to understand the difference but with the 4G/bands standards I couldn't make sense of it). I should note that I experimented a bit inside the house to find the best position for optimal signal and then left it stationary there. It has a very good menu, with many options, and with the ethernet ports, it does not lag behind a classic router.
Το χρησιμοποίησα με κάρτα της COSMOTE σε περιοχή μέτριου σήματος και έπιασε 30mbs download και περιπου 10mbs upload. Γενικά έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος απο τις ταχύτητες και τη σταθερότητα σύνδεσης (η συσκευασία το αναφέρει ως 4G+, προσπάθησα να καταλάβω διαφορά αλλά με τα πρότυπα 4G/bands δεν κατάφερα να βγάλω άκρη).
Να σημειώσω ότι πειραματίστηκα λίγο μέσα στο σπίτι σε ποια θέση να το βάλω ώστε να έχω το βέλτιστο σήμα και μετά το άφησα ακίνητο εκεί.
Έχει πολύ καλό μενού, με πολλές επιλογές ενώ με τις ethernet θυρες δεν υστερεί έναντι ενός κλασικού router.
I have had this specific router for almost 2 years because due to the area I live in, there is no other option for internet. The router simply rocks. It consistently gets over 100Mbps at the spot where I have it with 2 bars of signal. I download because I see in the analysis every month 500GB of data for all the household tasks and everything goes smoothly. Stable and problem-free, generally the best! I recommend it without reservation!
Το έχω το συγκεκριμένο router σχεδόν 2 χρόνια διότι λόγω της περιοχής που μένω δεν υπάρχει άλλη δυνατότητα για internet. Το router απλά φυσάει. Πιάνει σταθερά πάνω από 100Μ στο σημείο που το έχω με 2 παύλες σήμα. Κατεβάζω γιατί το βλέπω στην ανάλυση κάθε μήνα 500Gb data για να όλες τις δουλειές του σπιτιού και πάνε όλα μια χαρά.
Σταθερό απροβλημάτιστο γενικά ότι καλύτερο!

The product is fine if you want to spend €135 like I did.. in the summer I get 20 with a Cosmote SIM, now that it's October I get 60 and at night it goes up to 100.. when I have my laptop connected for YouTube and PlayStation for Call of Duty, the truth is that it lags on both, otherwise for simple use of mobile phones and laptops I think it's worth it.. Το προϊόν είναι μια χαρά αν θες να διαθέσεις 135€ όσο το πήρα εγώ..το καλοκαίρι Σκιάθο πιάνω 20 με σιμ cosmote τώρα που είναι Οκτώβριος πιάνω 60 και τα βράδια πάει έως 100.. όταν έχω συνδεμένο laptop για youtube και playstation για call of duty η αλήθεια είναι ότι laggarei και στα δύο κατά τα άλλα για απλή χρήση κινητά και laptop νομίζω αξίζει..(το έχω ένα μήνα θα επανέλθω ξανά τα Χριστούγεννα για νεότερα)

So far, the 4g+ seems to activate only when downloading... In idle mode, it switches back to plain 4g... Also, for uploads, it seems to be plain 4g for the mere 50 it claims....
Regarding speeds or a specific provider, I won't speak too specifically because it depends on the particular antenna in the area that each person connects to....
In an area with moderate speeds on 4g, it doesn't give me much more compared to a simple 4g... The difference is more noticeable at night when there is no traffic... Where I used to get 40-45, now I reach 100... Not easily, but I get there...
And just as a footnote, on my phone in 4g+ with 3 parallel bands, I don't see a big difference.... As mentioned, the specific antenna in the area matters....
In the menu, you can choose which bands provide better speeds for it to do 4g+, but it doesn't do this for all...
You need to verify it in advanced mode while downloading to see it refresh to 4g+...
If you manually select a band, it will use x2...
If you choose, for example, 7+1 or 7+3, it will use x2.... The 20/28 band, however, doesn't seem to easily use x2 with the others... Although I think I managed to combine 20+1....
The 5GHz band on wifi is a positive plus...
The price, however, seems overkill to me.... It should be a click lower.... 120€ is, I think, too much...

Αν και ακόμα το εξερευνώ, διότι μόλις χτες μου ήρθε... Βέβαια έχω μια μικρή εμπειρία από tplink καθώς έχω αλλά δύο απλά 4g μεν.... Μέχρις στιγμής το 4g+ φαίνεται να μπαίνει μόνο όταν κατεβάζεις... Σε αδράνεια γυρνάει σε σκέτο 4g.. Επίσης στο ανέβασμα φαίνεται να είναι σκέτο 4g για τα μόλις 50 που δηλώνει....
Για ταχύτητες Η για συγκεκριμένο πάροχο δε θα μιλήσω πολύ συγκεκριμένα γιατί έχει να κάνει με την εκάστοτε κεραία στη περιοχή που πιάνει ο καθένας....
Σε περιοχή με μέτριες ταχύτητες στο 4g δε μου δίνει πολύ παραπάνω σε σχέση με ένα απλό 4g... Η διαφορά φαίνεται πιο πολύ το βράδυ που δεν υπάρχει κίνηση... Εκεί που έπιανα 40-45 τώρα φτάνω τα 100... Όχι εύκολα, αλλά τα φτάνει...
Και απλά σαν υποσημείωση, στο κινητό σε 4g+ με 3 παράλληλες μπάντες δεν έχω μεγάλη διαφορά.... Είπαμε, έχει σημασία η εκάστοτε κεραία της περιοχής....
Στο μενού μπορείς να επιλέξεις ποιες μπάντες δίνουν πιο καλές ταχύτητες για να κανει 4g+ αλλά δεν το κάνει σε όλες...
Πρέπει να το επαληθευσετε στο advanced ενώ κατεβάζετε να γράφει με refresh 4g+...
Αν επιλέξετε χειροκίνητα μια μπάντα αυτή θα χρησιμοποιησει χ2...
Αν διαλέξετε πχ την 7+1 Η 7+3 αυτές θα χρησιμοποιησει χ2.... Την 20/28 πάντως με τις άλλες δεν φαίνεται να τις κάνει εύκολα χρήση χ2... Αν και νομίζω ότι πέτυχα συνδυασμό 20+1....
Η 5αρα μπάντα στο wifi είναι ένα θετικό συν...
Η τιμή του πάντως μου φαίνεται overkill.... Έπρεπε να είναι ένα κλικ πιο χαμηλά.... 120€ είναι θεωρώ too much...

Για τα χρήματα του εάν υπάρχει πολύ καλή κάλυψη κινητού δικτύου 4G τότε μπορείς να κανεις τη δουλειά σου.
Τι εννοω: Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν πιάνει τις ταχύτητες του modem ενός καλού κινητού πχ iphone 14.
Εάν με το κινητό πιάνεις 300 megabit τότε με το modem της tp-link πιάνεις περίπου 100 megabit.
Γενικά πιάνεις το ένα τρίτο από ότι πιάνει ένα καλό κινητό.
Επίσης εάν το συνδέσεις με καλώδιο δικτύου στον υπολογιστή θα πιάσεις αυτό το ένα τρίτο. Γιατί εάν το συνδέσεις με wifi η ταχύτητα πέφτει παρά πολύ.
Συμπέρασμα, κάνει τη δουλειά του σε γενικές γραμμές και για τα λεφτά που έχει καλό είναι διότι αν αναλογιστούμε ένα κινητό καλό κοστίζει 1000€ για να έχεις άψογο σήμα. Επίσης το κινητό δεν συνδέεται με lan σε υπολογιστή και επίσης επειδή ακριβώς κοστίζει πολλά χρήματα δεν θα ήθελα να το βλέπω να «ψήνεται» από την θερμοκρασια όταν παίζει τον ρόλο ενός «modem».
Ψάχνω να βρω κάποιο 4G router που να έχει τις αποδόσεις ενός κινητού αλλά δεν βρίσκω. Αυτό εδώ είναι best seller και το βλέπουμε από τις κριτικές διότι κάνει τη δουλειά του με σχετικά νορμαλ χρήματα.
Από αυτά που σας είπα ελπίζω να βοήθησα να καταλάβετε εάν σας κάνει ή όχι.
Απομακρυσμένες περιοχές εκτός αττικης ή άλλου με χαμηλή κάλυψη 4G απλά ξεχάστε το και πάρτε ένα δορυφορικό καλύτερα.
Επίσης επειδή εξέτασα και το ενδεχόμενο ενίσχυσης του σήματος μέσω εξωτερικής κεραίας είναι αρκετά ακριβή η λύση να ξέρετε. Υπέχουν κεραίες αλλά θέλουν εγκατάσταση σε ταράτσα και τοποθέτηση επάνω σε ένα μεγάλου μήκους ιστό και καταλαβαίνετε την ταλαιπωρία και το κόστος του εξοπλισμού και το κόστος ενός τεχνικού για την τοποθέτηση.

Στο χωριό μου με τις κεραίες cosmote σε ανοιχτή θέα στα 2 χλμ κλειδώνει στα 180 με 220 mbps. Καμία αποσυνδεση εδώ και ένα χρόνο. Αυτοί που διαμαρτυρονται για χαμηλές ταχύτητες δεν ξέρουν να το σεταρουνε στις σωστές μπάντες και να βρούνε την ιδανική θέση τοποθέτησης. Επιπλέον αυτοι που το συγκρίνουν με κινητά είναι τελείως νυχτομενοι καθώς αυτό κλειδώνει 2 μπάντες ταυτόχρονα ενώ τα κινητά περισσότερες. Όσους ενδιαφέρονται για ping κυμαίνονται μεταξύ 60-80 σε ευρωπαϊκούς σερβερ. Ενσ tip για να βρείτε την ιδανική θέση τοποθέτησης: με app πυξίδας στο κινητό βρείτε τις μοίρες που βρίσκονται οι κεραίες σε σημείο χωρις πολλά μεσοτοιχια και τοποθετείστε εκεί το ρουτερ. The modem speed is bad. 4G+ is a lie. You should get 150mbps at least. But I am getting 30 with wifi and with ethernet connection max 50mbps. With my phone, same operator I am getting almost 500mbps in the middle of athens. I would never suggest this router.
I use it mainly for remote work at my country house. So far, it has been very good and it reaches a distance of 50 meters as long as it is in an area with good signal. Το χρησιμοποιώ στο εξοχικό κυρίως για remote εργασία. Μέχρι στιγμής έχει βγει παρα πολύ καλό και πιάνει 50 αρκεί αρκεί να είναι σε σημείο με καλό σήμα. Στην αρχή θέλει λίγη προσοχή για την πρώτη εγκατάσταση και επίσης προτείνω η κάρτα sim που θα χρησιμοποιησετε να έχει απενεργοποιημενο το Pin (γίνεται από τις ρυθμίσεις όλων των κινητών). Αν η κάρτα έχει pin θα πρέπει να κάνετε είσοδο στην εφαρμογή από το κινητό και να το καταχωρήσετε. Δεν αντιμετώπισα καθόλου αστάθεια στο σήμα είτε εργαζόμουν είτε απλά έβλεπα ταινία κλπ. Επίσης είχα συνδεδεμένους 2 υπολογιστές, 3 κινητά και 1 smart TV χωρίς να έχω πρόβλημα. Μακάρι να το είχα πάρει νωρίτερα !

Με διαφορά το καλύτερο 4G+ router , σταθερό ,ταχύτατο, και με πλήθος επιλογών, ακόμα και σε δύσκολα σημεία έχει την επιλογή για manual band selection.
Και φυσικά για άψογα αποτελέσματα και σταθερότητα θέλει λίγη προσοχή στο σε πιο σημείο θα τοποθετηθεί.
Και το TP-Link tether app για remote management είναι απίθανο.

πολύ καλό. Το έχω 2 μήνες ήδη και λειτουργεί άψογα. το έχω συνδέσει στο ethernet του router και σε αυτό το εσωτερικό δίκτυο του σπιτιού. αν κοπεί το internet αυτόματα συνδέεται στο 4G και εξακολουθώ να έχω ίντερνετ.
I bought the TP-Link Archer MR600 v5 (latest version) on Black Friday for €90 and it was truly a bargain. The router performs incredibly well for its category, with excellent 4G+ speeds — much higher than I expected. The signal is stable, there are no disconnections, and the coverage throughout the house is flawless.
I also uploaded an unboxing video for anyone who wants to see the device and the installation process (the channel is called BasilisXRM – or you can just type the device name as it appears on Skroutz and it will show up immediately). It is truly plug-and-play and works perfectly from the very first minute.
For the price of the offer, but also in general for anyone who needs a reliable 4G+ router in areas where there is no fast fixed internet, e.g. in the village where I need it, the MR600 v5 is simply a must-buy. I recommend it without a second thought! Especially for someone like me who doesn’t want to spend so much money on a 5G router!

Άψογο 4G+ Router – Τρομερή αξία στα 90€!
Αγόρασα το TP-Link Archer MR600 v5(νεότερη έκδοση) στη Black Friday στα 90€ και πραγματικά ήταν ευκαιρία. Το router αποδίδει απίστευτα καλά για την κατηγορία του, με εξαιρετικές ταχύτητες σε 4G+ — πολύ πάνω από ό,τι περίμενα. Το σήμα είναι σταθερό, δεν κάνει αποσυνδέσεις και η κάλυψη σε όλο το σπίτι είναι άψογη.
Ανέβασα και βίντεο unboxing για όποιον θέλει να δει τη συσκευή και τη διαδικασία εγκατάστασης(BasilisXRM
λέγεται το κανάλι- ή γράφεις το όνομα της συσκευής όπως το έχει το σκρουτζ και θα σου το εμφανίσει αμέσως). Είναι πραγματικά plug-and-play και λειτουργεί τέλεια από το πρώτο λεπτό.
Για τα χρήματα της προσφοράς, αλλά και γενικά για όποιον χρειάζεται αξιόπιστο 4G+ router Σε περιοχές που δεν υπάρχει γρήγορο σταθερό ίντερνετ πχ στο χωριό που το θέλω εγώ, το MR600 v5 είναι απλά must-buy. Το προτείνω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη! Ειδικά για κάποιον σαν εμένα που δεν θέλει να ξοδέψει τόσα πολλά λεφτά για 5G router!

I have installed it in the village to support the camera. I have no issues so far. The house is 70sqm with stone walls inside and out, and I get good performance even at the farthest point.
Το έχω βάλει στο χωριό για την υποστήριξη της κάμερας. Δεν έχω κανένα θέμα προς το παρών. Το σπίτι είναι 70τμ με πετρινους τοιχους και εσωτερικά και έχω καλή απόδοση και στο πιο μακρινό σημείο.

SAVED !!! I wanted a connection with reliable and fast internet at my holiday home in the village of Thermisia in the Prefecture of Argolida, which I visit occasionally. Mainly for the summer months. And at low cost. But I did not want to be tied to a contract, because until now I had the classic “VDSL at the Holiday Home” connection (via the telephone network) from Cosmote with a contract/fixed fee, which was tragic. The 1st time it worked, the 3 times it did not. When it rained, I was completely without internet. But even when it worked, the internet crawled, it was very unstable and (on good days) barely reached 8-9Mbps !!!!! I could barely watch Netflix or Cosmote TV. … Yet every month, I paid the monthly fixed fee of the VDSL contract connection, like a “rayah”. I was desperate.
Well, with this router I was SAVED !!! It is an excellent solution, and at low cost !!!! I put in a Cosmote SIM card for Mobile Internet via the Mobile Telephone Network, which costs €20. And I loaded it with a Prepaid Mobile Internet package. FINALLY I have reliable and fast internet/WiFi at the holiday home in the summer. Nothing like the traditional VDSL connection. And without a contract or fixed fees. Whenever I want, I “load” the SIM with 1- or 3-month unlimited data packages (TRULY completely unlimited, without speed reduction with this specific offer).
As for this particular router, I highly recommend it. I simply took it out of the box, inserted the SIM card, plugged it into power, and it synchronized IMMEDIATELY with the Cosmote network. Without any special configuration. And WiFi 5 (with 2 bands 2.4/5GHz) was immediately available. I have never seen an easier router setup. As soon as I plugged it in, I had WiFi internet throughout the house. And indeed the TVs played Cosmote TV and Netflix in 4K resolution.
NOTE: This router has 4G+ mobile connection. I bought it for €125. Of course I could have spent 3 times as much and bought a router with 5G mobile connection. But I did not do it (yet), because: (A) 5G costs 3 times more and I did not want to go for expensive solutions at my holiday home, (B) I did not need 5G speed, since Cosmote TV and Netflix work perfectly even with “4K resolution” movies, and (C) the 5G signal in my area is weak. And I was afraid I might have many internet interruptions. Besides, on 4G+, all my applications work perfectly. When the mobile antennas in my village are upgraded, maybe I will move to 5G in a few years. But for now, this router solved all the problems I had with VDSL. When 5G router prices drop, maybe then I will consider switching to a 5G router. But this one fully covers Cosmote TV, Netflix, working from home, WiFi at the holiday home, etc…
CONCLUSION: This router is flawless, reliable, connects very easily and its setup is a piece of cake. Put in a Prepaid Mobile Internet SIM card with an unlimited package and … use the internet without stress at your holiday home. AND EVERYWHERE !!!!!!!! Don’t overthink it … it is a very good choice for €125, if you do not want to go for more expensive solutions with a 5G network.
Also important is that you can take this router with you wherever you travel. It is very light, small and convenient. That is, apart from the holiday home in the summer, it is perfect to take with you on trips too (e.g. weekends, rented rooms), camping (as long as you have power) or anywhere else you temporarily need a good internet/WiFi connection. And without a contract or fixed fees. It is not tied to a specific location. You load a data package onto the SIM whenever you want.
UPDATE 30/09/25: If you choose it, get the most recent version "v5" of this router. I had bought the "v3" version of the router.
UPDATE 10/03/2026: Cosmote’s cheap internet packages with €25 (unlimited data for 1 month), or €55 (unlimited data for 3 months) were available only during the summer months of 2025. In winter Cosmote offers other packages, with less attractive terms. But that does not bother me, since the new packages fully cover me and I did not want the commitment of a contract for my holiday home mainly during the summer months. As for the router itself, I have noticed that in winter you can find it at lower prices around €90. Obviously, when there is no demand, they lower its price. … But I suppose that in summer, when this router has increased demand, they raise its price again.
UPDATE 22/05/26: Now I saw that Cosmote once again offers the excellent summer mobile internet packages with a €25 card (truly unlimited data for 1 month), or €55 (truly unlimited data for 3 months). So we have perfect internet at the holiday home again this year.
UPDATE 19/06/26: For this particular router, it is very important to do a “Firmware Update”. Suddenly it started to disconnect many times. Cosmote assured me that the problem was not theirs. As soon as I did a Firmware Update from the original firmware 1.1.00.9.1 v0001.0 to the newer 1.5.00.9.1 v0001.0, my problem was indeed solved immediately. The router no longer disconnected, the speed was stable and it worked flawlessly. In the end, the Firmware Update does matter for this particular router.
ΣΩΘΗΚΑ !!! Ήθελα σύνδεση με αξιόπιστο και γρήγορο internet στο εξοχικό μου στο χωρίο Θερμησία του Νομού Αργολίδας, στο οποίο πηγαίνω περιστασιακά. Κυρίως για τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Και με χαμηλό κόστος. Αλλά δεν ήθελα να δεσμευτώ με συμβόλαιο, για έως τώρα είχα την κλασσική σύνδεση “VDSL στο Εξοχικό” (μέσω τηλεφωνικού δικτύου) από την Cosmote με συμβόλαιο/πάγιο, η οποία ήταν τραγική. Την 1 φορά δούλευε, τις 3 φορές δεν δούλευε. Όταν έβρεχε, ήμουν χωρίς internet εντελώς. Αλλά και όταν δούλευε, το internet σερνόταν, ήταν πολύ ασταθές και (στις καλές μέρες) μετά βίας έφτανε τα 8-9Mbps !!!!! Με το ζόρι έβλεπα Netflix ή Cosmote TV. … Όμως κάθε μήνα, πλήρωνα το μηνιαίο πάγιο της σύνδεσης συμβολαίου VDSL, σαν “ραγιάς”. Είχα απελπιστεί.
Λοιπόν, με αυτό το router ΣΩΘΗΚΑ !!! Είναι μια εξαιρετική λύση, και με χαμηλό κόστος !!!! Του έβαλα μια κάρτα SIM της Cosmote για Mobile Internet μέσω Δικτύου Κινητής Τηλεφωνίας, η οποία στοιχίζει €20. Και της φόρτωσα Prepaid πακέτο Mobile Internet. ΕΠΙΤΕΛΟΥΣ έχω αξιόπιστο και γρήγορο internet/WiFi στο εξοχικό το καλοκαίρι. Καμία σχέση με την παραδοσιακή σύνδεση VDSL. Και χωρίς συμβόλαιο ή πάγια. Όποτε θέλω, "φορτώνω" στη SIM πακέτα με 1 ή 3 μήνες απεριόριστα δεδομένα (ΟΝΤΩΣ εντελώς απεριόριστα, χωρίς μείωση ταχύτητας με την συγκεκριμένη προσφορά).
Όσον αφορά το συγκεκριμένο router, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Απλά το έβγαλα από το κουτί, του έβαλα την κάρτα SIM, το έβαλα στο ρεύμα και συγχρόνισε ΑΜΕΣΩΣ στο δίκτυο της Cosmote. Χωρίς καμία ιδιαίτερη παραμετροποίηση. Και το WiFi 5 (με 2 μπάντες 2,4/5GHz) ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο. Πιο εύκολο setup σε router, δεν έχω ξαναδεί. Μόλις το έβαλα στη πρίζα, είχα WiFi internet σε όλο το σπίτι. Και μάλιστα οι τηλεοράσεις έπαιζαν Cosmote TV και το Netflix με ανάλυση 4K.
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Ο router αυτός έχει σύνδεση κινητής τηλεφωνίας 4G+. Εγώ τον αγόρασα €125. Βεβαία θα μπορούσα να δώσω τα 3πλάσια χρήματα και να πάρω router με σύνδεση κινητής 5G. Αλλά δεν το έκανα (ακόμα), γιατί: (Α) το κόστος 5G έχει 3πλάσια λεφτά και δεν ήθελα να πάω σε ακριβές λύσεις στο εξοχικό μου, (Β) την ταχύτητα του 5G δεν την χρειαζόμουν, μιας και η Cosmote TV και το Netflix παίζουν τέλεια ακόμα και σε ταινίες “4Κ ανάλυσης” και (Γ) το σήμα 5G στην περιοχή μου είναι αδύναμο. Και φοβήθηκα μην έχω πολλές διακοπές στο internet. Άλλωστε στα 4G+, όλες οι εφαρμογές μου παίζουν τέλεια. Όταν οι κεραίες κινητής στο χωριό μου αναβαθμιστούν, ίσως πάω στα 5G σε λίγα χρόνια. Αλλά για την ώρα, ο router αυτός μου έλυσε όλα τα προβλήματα που είχα με το VDSL. Όταν οι τιμές των router 5G πέσουν, ίσως τότε σκεφτώ να πάω σε router 5G. Αλλά αυτός εδώ μου καλύπτει πλήρως την Cosmote TV, Netflix, εργασία στο σπίτι, WiFi στο εξοχικό, κλπ…
ΕΠΙΛΟΓΟΣ: Ο συγκεκριμένος router είναι άψογος, αξιόπιστος, συνδέεται πολύ εύκολα και το setup του είναι παιχνιδάκι. Βάλτε του και μια Prepaid Mobile Internet κάρτα SIM με απεριόριστο πακέτο και … χρησιμοποιείστε το internet χωρίς άγχος στο εξοχικό σας. ΚΑΙ ΠΑΝΤΟΥ !!!!!!!! Μην το ψάχνετε … είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή ο router στα €125, αν δεν θέλετε να πάτε σε ακριβότερες λύσεις με δίκτυο 5G.
Επίσης σημαντικό είναι ότι τον router αυτόν, τον παίρνετε μαζί σας όπου και να ταξιδέψετε. Είναι πολύ ελαφρύς, μικρός και βολικός. Δηλαδή εκτός από το εξοχικό τα καλοκαίρια, είναι τέλειος να τον παίρνεις μαζί σου και σε ταξίδια (π.χ. Σαββατοκύριακα, σε ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια), στο camping (αρκεί να έχεις ρεύμα) ή οπουδήποτε αλλού χρειαστείς προσωρινά μία καλή σύνδεση internet/WiFi. Και χωρίς συμβόλαιο ή πάγιο. Δεν είναι δεσμευμένος σε συγκεκριμένη τοποθεσία. Φορτώνετε στη SIM ένα πακέτο δεδομένων, όποτε θέλετε.
UPDATE 30/09/25: Αν τον επιλέξετε, πάρτε την πλέον πρόσφατη έκδοση "v5" του router αυτού. Εγώ είχα αγοράσει την έκδοση "v3" του router.
UPDATE 10/03/2026: Τα φθηνά πακέτα internet της Cosmote με €25 (απεριόριστα δεδομένα για 1 μήνα), ή €55 (απεριόριστα δεδομένα για 3 μήνες) ήταν διαθέσιμα μόνο τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες του 2025. Τον χειμώνα η Cosmote δίνει άλλα πακέτα, με λιγότερο ελκυστικούς όρους. Αλλά αυτό εμένα δεν με χαλάει, μιας και τα καινούργια πακέτα με καλύπτουν πλήρως και δεν ήθελα την δέσμευση συμβολαίου για το εξοχικό μου κυρίως τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Όσον αφορά τον router καθεαυτό, έχω παρατηρήσει ότι τον χειμώνα τον βρίσκεις και σε χαμηλότερες τιμές γύρω στα €90 . Προφανώς, όταν δεν έχει ζήτηση, κατεβάζουν την τιμή του. … Αλλά υποθέτω ότι το καλοκαίρι που ο router αυτός έχει αυξημένη ζήτηση, του ανεβάζουν την τιμή του πάλι.
UPDATE 22/05/26: Τώρα είδα ότι η Cosmote διαθέτει και πάλι τα εξαιρετικά καλοκαιρινά πακέτα mobile internet με κάρτα των €25 (πραγματικά απεριόριστα δεδομένα για 1 μήνα), ή €55 (πραγματικά απεριόριστα δεδομένα για 3 μήνες). Άρα έχουμε τέλειο internet στο εξοχικό και φέτος.
UPDATE 19/06/26: Για τον συγκεκριμένο router, είναι πολύ σημαντικό να κάνετε “Firmware Update”. Ξαφνικά άρχισε να μου κάνει πολλές αποσυνδέσεις. Η Cosmote με διαβεβαίωνε ότι δεν ήταν δικό τους το πρόβλημα. Μόλις έκανα Firmware Update από το αρχικό firmware 1.1.00.9.1 v0001.0 στο νεότερο 1.5.00.9.1 v0001.0 , όντως το πρόβλημά μου λύθηκε αμέσως. Ο router δεν είχε πια αποσυνδέσεις, η ταχύτητα ήταν σταθερή και δούλευε άψογα. Τελικά το Firmware Update παίζει ρόλο για τον συγκεκριμένο router.
It is a very good router for its price! Good construction, I put in a Cosmote SIM since it generally has the best network compared to other companies I believe... The result was that I managed to get 116 mbps download and 37 mbps upload in the countryside, with 3 devices connected at the same time just fine! The good thing is that this router can also be used with fixed internet at home (you need to set it up through the tp-link page or the app) as with an ethernet cable it can offer up to 1000. Ειναι ενα παρα πολυ καλο ρουτερ για τα λεφτα του! Καλη κατασκευη, εβαλα sim cosmote καθως εχει το καλυτερο δυκτιο γενικα απο τις υπολοιπες εταιριες πιστευω... Το αποτελεσμα ηταν να καταφερω να πιασω επαρχια 116 mbps dawn και up 37 mbps, 3 συσκευες ταυτοχρονα συνδεμενες μια χαρα! Το καλο ειναι οτι το ρουτερ αυτο μπορει να χρησιμοποιηθει και με σταθερο ιντερνετ στο σπιτι (θελει να το ρυθμισεις μεσα απο την σελιδα της tp-link η την εφαρμογη) καθως με καλωδιο ethernet μπορει να προσφερει ως 1000. Με την εφαρμογη της tp-link μπορεις να ρυθμισεις πολλες παραμετρους.

It does its job perfectly. With my mobile data I had signal losses and low speeds in the range of 2-7 mbps. In the same spot in the house with the device, it has a stable speed of 40mbps. Huge difference!
Κάνει τη δουλειά του άψογα. Με τα δεδομένα του κινητού είχα απώλειες στο σήμα και χαμηλή ταχύτητα της τάξεως του 2-7 mbps. Στο ίδιο σημείο του σπιτιού με το μηχάνημα έχει σταθερή ταχύτητα 40mbps . Τεράστια διαφορά!
I've had it for a year, stable without ANY disconnection. I use it for work so this is important. Speeds improved after the firmware update, 50-80 down and 9-11 up. The only downside is it doesn't have a VPN client, only openvpn, so it requires a lot of work if you want to use a VPN provider.
Το έχω ένα χρόνο,σταθερό χωρίς ΚΑΜΙΑ αποσύνδεση. Το χρησιμοποιώ για εργασία οπότε είναι σημαντικό αυτό.ταχύτητες έφτιαξαν μετά το firm update,50-80 down και 9-11 up. Το μόνο κακό δεν έχει VPN client μόνο openvpn όποτε θέλει πολλή δουλειά αν θέλεις να βάλεις κάποιον VPN provider.
This specific 4G+ router has no competition in what it offers, it has a lot of options for customization and very importantly, it has the capability for Band selection. 10 with ease!
Το συγκεκριμένο 4G+ router δεν έχει ανταγωνισμό σε αυτά που προσφέρει, έχει πάρα πολλές επιλογές στην παραμετροποίηση και πολύ σημαντικό πως έχει δυνατότητα για Band selection.

I used it with a COSMOTE card in an area with moderate signal and it reached 30mbs download and about 10mbs upload. Overall, I was very satisfied with the speeds and the stability of the connection (the packaging refers to it as 4G+, I tried to understand the difference but with the 4G/bands standards I couldn't make sense of it). I should note that I experimented a bit inside the house to find the best position for optimal signal and then left it stationary there. It has a very good menu, with many options, and with the ethernet ports, it does not lag behind a classic router.
Το χρησιμοποίησα με κάρτα της COSMOTE σε περιοχή μέτριου σήματος και έπιασε 30mbs download και περιπου 10mbs upload. Γενικά έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος απο τις ταχύτητες και τη σταθερότητα σύνδεσης (η συσκευασία το αναφέρει ως 4G+, προσπάθησα να καταλάβω διαφορά αλλά με τα πρότυπα 4G/bands δεν κατάφερα να βγάλω άκρη).
Να σημειώσω ότι πειραματίστηκα λίγο μέσα στο σπίτι σε ποια θέση να το βάλω ώστε να έχω το βέλτιστο σήμα και μετά το άφησα ακίνητο εκεί.
Έχει πολύ καλό μενού, με πολλές επιλογές ενώ με τις ethernet θυρες δεν υστερεί έναντι ενός κλασικού router.
I have had this specific router for almost 2 years because due to the area I live in, there is no other option for internet. The router simply rocks. It consistently gets over 100Mbps at the spot where I have it with 2 bars of signal. I download because I see in the analysis every month 500GB of data for all the household tasks and everything goes smoothly. Stable and problem-free, generally the best! I recommend it without reservation!
Το έχω το συγκεκριμένο router σχεδόν 2 χρόνια διότι λόγω της περιοχής που μένω δεν υπάρχει άλλη δυνατότητα για internet. Το router απλά φυσάει. Πιάνει σταθερά πάνω από 100Μ στο σημείο που το έχω με 2 παύλες σήμα. Κατεβάζω γιατί το βλέπω στην ανάλυση κάθε μήνα 500Gb data για να όλες τις δουλειές του σπιτιού και πάνε όλα μια χαρά.
Σταθερό απροβλημάτιστο γενικά ότι καλύτερο!
Το προτείνο ανεπυφύλακτα!
Due to an old installation, I used this specific router for internet via 4G. Personally, the speeds are satisfactory for me and the connection is uninterrupted. I am very satisfied.
Λόγω παλιάς εγκατάστασης χρησιμοποίησα το συγκεκριμένο router για internet μέσω 4G. Προσωπικά για μένα οι ταχ΄θτητες είναι ικανοποιητικές και η σύνδεση αδιάλλειπτη. Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος.
The product is fine if you want to spend €135 like I did.. in the summer I get 20 with a Cosmote SIM, now that it's October I get 60 and at night it goes up to 100.. when I have my laptop connected for YouTube and PlayStation for Call of Duty, the truth is that it lags on both, otherwise for simple use of mobile phones and laptops I think it's worth it.. (I've had it for a month, I'll come back again at Christmas for updates)
Το προϊόν είναι μια χαρά αν θες να διαθέσεις 135€ όσο το πήρα εγώ..το καλοκαίρι Σκιάθο πιάνω 20 με σιμ cosmote τώρα που είναι Οκτώβριος πιάνω 60 και τα βράδια πάει έως 100.. όταν έχω συνδεμένο laptop για youtube και playstation για call of duty η αλήθεια είναι ότι laggarei και στα δύο κατά τα άλλα για απλή χρήση κινητά και laptop νομίζω αξίζει..(το έχω ένα μήνα θα επανέλθω ξανά τα Χριστούγεννα για νεότερα)
Although I'm still exploring it, as it just arrived yesterday... Of course, I have some experience with tplink since I have two other simple 4g ones... So far, the 4g+ seems to activate only when downloading... In idle mode, it switches back to plain 4g... Also, for uploads, it seems to be plain 4g for the mere 50 it claims....
Regarding speeds or a specific provider, I won't speak too specifically because it depends on the particular antenna in the area that each person connects to....
In an area with moderate speeds on 4g, it doesn't give me much more compared to a simple 4g... The difference is more noticeable at night when there is no traffic... Where I used to get 40-45, now I reach 100... Not easily, but I get there...
And just as a footnote, on my phone in 4g+ with 3 parallel bands, I don't see a big difference.... As mentioned, the specific antenna in the area matters....
In the menu, you can choose which bands provide better speeds for it to do 4g+, but it doesn't do this for all...
You need to verify it in advanced mode while downloading to see it refresh to 4g+...
If you manually select a band, it will use x2...
If you choose, for example, 7+1 or 7+3, it will use x2.... The 20/28 band, however, doesn't seem to easily use x2 with the others... Although I think I managed to combine 20+1....
The 5GHz band on wifi is a positive plus...
The price, however, seems overkill to me.... It should be a click lower.... 120€ is, I think, too much...

Αν και ακόμα το εξερευνώ, διότι μόλις χτες μου ήρθε... Βέβαια έχω μια μικρή εμπειρία από tplink καθώς έχω αλλά δύο απλά 4g μεν.... Μέχρις στιγμής το 4g+ φαίνεται να μπαίνει μόνο όταν κατεβάζεις... Σε αδράνεια γυρνάει σε σκέτο 4g.. Επίσης στο ανέβασμα φαίνεται να είναι σκέτο 4g για τα μόλις 50 που δηλώνει....
Για ταχύτητες Η για συγκεκριμένο πάροχο δε θα μιλήσω πολύ συγκεκριμένα γιατί έχει να κάνει με την εκάστοτε κεραία στη περιοχή που πιάνει ο καθένας....
Σε περιοχή με μέτριες ταχύτητες στο 4g δε μου δίνει πολύ παραπάνω σε σχέση με ένα απλό 4g... Η διαφορά φαίνεται πιο πολύ το βράδυ που δεν υπάρχει κίνηση... Εκεί που έπιανα 40-45 τώρα φτάνω τα 100... Όχι εύκολα, αλλά τα φτάνει...
Και απλά σαν υποσημείωση, στο κινητό σε 4g+ με 3 παράλληλες μπάντες δεν έχω μεγάλη διαφορά.... Είπαμε, έχει σημασία η εκάστοτε κεραία της περιοχής....
Στο μενού μπορείς να επιλέξεις ποιες μπάντες δίνουν πιο καλές ταχύτητες για να κανει 4g+ αλλά δεν το κάνει σε όλες...
Πρέπει να το επαληθευσετε στο advanced ενώ κατεβάζετε να γράφει με refresh 4g+...
Αν επιλέξετε χειροκίνητα μια μπάντα αυτή θα χρησιμοποιησει χ2...
Αν διαλέξετε πχ την 7+1 Η 7+3 αυτές θα χρησιμοποιησει χ2.... Την 20/28 πάντως με τις άλλες δεν φαίνεται να τις κάνει εύκολα χρήση χ2... Αν και νομίζω ότι πέτυχα συνδυασμό 20+1....
Η 5αρα μπάντα στο wifi είναι ένα θετικό συν...
Η τιμή του πάντως μου φαίνεται overkill.... Έπρεπε να είναι ένα κλικ πιο χαμηλά.... 120€ είναι θεωρώ too much...

For the money, if there is very good 4G mobile network coverage, then you can do your job.
What I mean: In no case does it reach the speeds of a good mobile modem, such as an iPhone 14.
If with the mobile you reach 300 megabits, then with the tp-link modem you reach about 100 megabits.
In general, you get one-third of what a good mobile gets.
Also, if you connect it with a network cable to the computer, you will get that one-third. Because if you connect it with Wi-Fi, the speed drops significantly.
Conclusion, it does its job in general and for the money it has, it is good because if we consider a good mobile, it costs 1000€ to have perfect signal. Also, the mobile does not connect with LAN to a computer and also because it costs a lot of money, I would not want to see it "overheating" from the temperature when it plays the role of a "modem".
I am looking to find a 4G router that has the performance of a mobile but I can't find one. This one here is a best seller and we see it from the reviews because it does its job with relatively normal prices.

Remote areas outside Attica or other areas with low 4G coverage, just forget it and get a satellite instead.
Also, because I examined the possibility of signal enhancement through an external antenna, the solution is quite expensive, you should know. There are antennas but they require installation on the roof and placement on a long pole, and you can understand the hassle and cost of the equipment and the cost of a technician for the installation.
Για τα χρήματα του εάν υπάρχει πολύ καλή κάλυψη κινητού δικτύου 4G τότε μπορείς να κανεις τη δουλειά σου.
Τι εννοω: Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν πιάνει τις ταχύτητες του modem ενός καλού κινητού πχ iphone 14.
Εάν με το κινητό πιάνεις 300 megabit τότε με το modem της tp-link πιάνεις περίπου 100 megabit.
Γενικά πιάνεις το ένα τρίτο από ότι πιάνει ένα καλό κινητό.
Επίσης εάν το συνδέσεις με καλώδιο δικτύου στον υπολογιστή θα πιάσεις αυτό το ένα τρίτο. Γιατί εάν το συνδέσεις με wifi η ταχύτητα πέφτει παρά πολύ.
Συμπέρασμα, κάνει τη δουλειά του σε γενικές γραμμές και για τα λεφτά που έχει καλό είναι διότι αν αναλογιστούμε ένα κινητό καλό κοστίζει 1000€ για να έχεις άψογο σήμα. Επίσης το κινητό δεν συνδέεται με lan σε υπολογιστή και επίσης επειδή ακριβώς κοστίζει πολλά χρήματα δεν θα ήθελα να το βλέπω να «ψήνεται» από την θερμοκρασια όταν παίζει τον ρόλο ενός «modem».
Ψάχνω να βρω κάποιο 4G router που να έχει τις αποδόσεις ενός κινητού αλλά δεν βρίσκω. Αυτό εδώ είναι best seller και το βλέπουμε από τις κριτικές διότι κάνει τη δουλειά του με σχετικά νορμαλ χρήματα.
Από αυτά που σας είπα ελπίζω να βοήθησα να καταλάβετε εάν σας κάνει ή όχι.
Απομακρυσμένες περιοχές εκτός αττικης ή άλλου με χαμηλή κάλυψη 4G απλά ξεχάστε το και πάρτε ένα δορυφορικό καλύτερα.
Επίσης επειδή εξέτασα και το ενδεχόμενο ενίσχυσης του σήματος μέσω εξωτερικής κεραίας είναι αρκετά ακριβή η λύση να ξέρετε. Υπέχουν κεραίες αλλά θέλουν εγκατάσταση σε ταράτσα και τοποθέτηση επάνω σε ένα μεγάλου μήκους ιστό και καταλαβαίνετε την ταλαιπωρία και το κόστος του εξοπλισμού και το κόστος ενός τεχνικού για την τοποθέτηση.

Στο χωριό μου με τις κεραίες cosmote σε ανοιχτή θέα στα 2 χλμ κλειδώνει στα 180 με 220 mbps. Καμία αποσυνδεση εδώ και ένα χρόνο. Αυτοί που διαμαρτυρονται για χαμηλές ταχύτητες δεν ξέρουν να το σεταρουνε στις σωστές μπάντες και να βρούνε την ιδανική θέση τοποθέτησης. Επιπλέον αυτοι που το συγκρίνουν με κινητά είναι τελείως νυχτομενοι καθώς αυτό κλειδώνει 2 μπάντες ταυτόχρονα ενώ τα κινητά περισσότερες. Όσους ενδιαφέρονται για ping κυμαίνονται μεταξύ 60-80 σε ευρωπαϊκούς σερβερ. Ενσ tip για να βρείτε την ιδανική θέση τοποθέτησης: με app πυξίδας στο κινητό βρείτε τις μοίρες που βρίσκονται οι κεραίες σε σημείο χωρις πολλά μεσοτοιχια και τοποθετείστε εκεί το ρουτερ. Εγώ έτσι έπιασα 100% σημα και -70 dbm

I have it for 2 days in a village in Lesvos, its speed is from 120 to 260 mbps with sim vod at the same router point of cosm 40-50 mbps. With the same card on a 5g mobile 320-360mbps.

The modem speed is bad. 4G+ is a lie. You should get 150mbps at least. But I am getting 30 with wifi and with ethernet connection max 50mbps. With my phone, same operator I am getting almost 500mbps in the middle of athens. I would never suggest this router.
I use it mainly for remote work at my country house. So far, it has been very good and it reaches a distance of 50 meters as long as it is in an area with good signal. At first, it requires a little attention for the initial setup and I also recommend that the SIM card you use has the PIN deactivated (this can be done through the settings of all mobile devices). If the card has a PIN, you will need to enter it in the application from your mobile phone and register it. I did not experience any signal instability whether I was working or just watching a movie, etc. I also had 2 computers, 3 mobile phones, and 1 smart TV connected without any issues. I wish I had bought it earlier!
Το χρησιμοποιώ στο εξοχικό κυρίως για remote εργασία. Μέχρι στιγμής έχει βγει παρα πολύ καλό και πιάνει 50 αρκεί αρκεί να είναι σε σημείο με καλό σήμα. Στην αρχή θέλει λίγη προσοχή για την πρώτη εγκατάσταση και επίσης προτείνω η κάρτα sim που θα χρησιμοποιησετε να έχει απενεργοποιημενο το Pin (γίνεται από τις ρυθμίσεις όλων των κινητών). Αν η κάρτα έχει pin θα πρέπει να κάνετε είσοδο στην εφαρμογή από το κινητό και να το καταχωρήσετε. Δεν αντιμετώπισα καθόλου αστάθεια στο σήμα είτε εργαζόμουν είτε απλά έβλεπα ταινία κλπ. Επίσης είχα συνδεδεμένους 2 υπολογιστές, 3 κινητά και 1 smart TV χωρίς να έχω πρόβλημα. Μακάρι να το είχα πάρει νωρίτερα !
By far the best 4G+ router, stable, fast, and with plenty of options, even in difficult areas it has the option for manual band selection. And of course, for flawless results and stability, it requires a little attention to where it will be placed. And the TP-Link tether app for remote management is amazing.

Με διαφορά το καλύτερο 4G+ router , σταθερό ,ταχύτατο, και με πλήθος επιλογών, ακόμα και σε δύσκολα σημεία έχει την επιλογή για manual band selection.
Και φυσικά για άψογα αποτελέσματα και σταθερότητα θέλει λίγη προσοχή στο σε πιο σημείο θα τοποθετηθεί.
Και το TP-Link tether app για remote management είναι απίθανο.
I didn't expect miracles but where my mobile gets 15 mbps, this one should too. Unfortunately, it doesn't reach that. In an area with mediocre coverage from the already problematic Vodafone, it couldn't provide even a slightly better measurement. The same or even worse. Δεν περίμενα θαύματα αλλά εκεί που πιάνει το κινητό 15 mbps να πιάνει και αυτό. αλλά δυστυχώς δεν φτάνει. Σε περιοχή με κάλυψη μέτρια από την έτσι και αλλιώς προβληματική vodafone δεν κατάφερε να δώσει έστω λίγο καλύτερη μετρηση. την ίδια και κάτω από αυτή. Για μένα λοιπόν δεν αξίζει τα 120ευρω την ίδια μέτρηση έπαιρνα και με ρούτερ των 50 ευρώ. προσοχή λοιπόν παίζει ρόλο η θέση

Very good. I have had it for 2 months already and it works perfectly. I have connected it to the router's ethernet and to the home's internal network. If the internet goes down, it automatically connects to 4G and I still have internet.
πολύ καλό. Το έχω 2 μήνες ήδη και λειτουργεί άψογα. το έχω συνδέσει στο ethernet του router και σε αυτό το εσωτερικό δίκτυο του σπιτιού. αν κοπεί το internet αυτόματα συνδέεται στο 4G και εξακολουθώ να έχω ίντερνετ.
I bought the TP-Link Archer MR600 v5 (latest version) on Black Friday for €90 and it was truly a bargain. The router performs incredibly well for its category, with excellent 4G+ speeds — much higher than I expected. The signal is stable, there are no disconnections, and the coverage throughout the house is flawless.
I also uploaded an unboxing video for anyone who wants to see the device and the installation process (the channel is called BasilisXRM – or you can just type the device name as it appears on Skroutz and it will show up immediately). It is truly plug-and-play and works perfectly from the very first minute.
For the price of the offer, but also in general for anyone who needs a reliable 4G+ router in areas where there is no fast fixed internet, e.g. in the village where I need it, the MR600 v5 is simply a must-buy. I recommend it without a second thought! Especially for someone like me who doesn’t want to spend so much money on a 5G router!

Άψογο 4G+ Router – Τρομερή αξία στα 90€!
Αγόρασα το TP-Link Archer MR600 v5(νεότερη έκδοση) στη Black Friday στα 90€ και πραγματικά ήταν ευκαιρία. Το router αποδίδει απίστευτα καλά για την κατηγορία του, με εξαιρετικές ταχύτητες σε 4G+ — πολύ πάνω από ό,τι περίμενα. Το σήμα είναι σταθερό, δεν κάνει αποσυνδέσεις και η κάλυψη σε όλο το σπίτι είναι άψογη.
Ανέβασα και βίντεο unboxing για όποιον θέλει να δει τη συσκευή και τη διαδικασία εγκατάστασης(BasilisXRM
λέγεται το κανάλι- ή γράφεις το όνομα της συσκευής όπως το έχει το σκρουτζ και θα σου το εμφανίσει αμέσως). Είναι πραγματικά plug-and-play και λειτουργεί τέλεια από το πρώτο λεπτό.
Για τα χρήματα της προσφοράς, αλλά και γενικά για όποιον χρειάζεται αξιόπιστο 4G+ router Σε περιοχές που δεν υπάρχει γρήγορο σταθερό ίντερνετ πχ στο χωριό που το θέλω εγώ, το MR600 v5 είναι απλά must-buy. Το προτείνω χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη! Ειδικά για κάποιον σαν εμένα που δεν θέλει να ξοδέψει τόσα πολλά λεφτά για 5G router!

I have installed it in the village to support the camera. I have no issues so far. The house is 70sqm with stone walls inside and out, and I get good performance even at the farthest point.
Το έχω βάλει στο χωριό για την υποστήριξη της κάμερας. Δεν έχω κανένα θέμα προς το παρών. Το σπίτι είναι 70τμ με πετρινους τοιχους και εσωτερικά και έχω καλή απόδοση και στο πιο μακρινό σημείο.
