Planar at such a price is a no brainer, class above closed back headphones (unless you want headphones for monitoring). If you want Hi-Fi sound with very satisfying transients, quite good sound stage, they are ideal. There's quite a lack of bass without EQ, but it has almost negligible distortion rate so you can tweak them fearlessly within reasonable limits, of course don't forget to add Pregain Value afterwards (sum in dB of how much you cut and how much you boosted). I don't see myself changing them anytime soon. (And when I say soon, I mean for years, if ever).

Αν θέλεις Hi-Fi ήχο με πολυ ικανοποιητικά Transients, αρκετά καλό sound stage, είναι ιδανικά. Λείπει αρκετό μπάσο χωρίς EQ , αλλά έχει σχεδόν μηδαμινό distortion rate οπότε τα πειράζεις άφοβα σε λογικά πλαίσια, βέβαια μην ξεχνάτε να βάζετε Pregain Value μετά (σούμα σε dB όσο κόψατε, και όσο ανεβάσατε.) Δεν βλέπω να τα αλλάζω σύντομα. (και όταν λέω σύντομα εννοώ για χρόνια και αν).
If you want planar for this money, you won't find anything better. The sound is cold and the bass goes deep without ever interfering with the mids, the bass is not seismic and moves in the background, if you're tired of inflated bass and want something light, you're here, the bass is not thin, it's just light. For some, the highs will be bright, but for me, it's exactly what I want. The highs are smooth. They definitely need an external DAC and headphone amplifier.
They have great resolution and detail, but they don't come close to the detail of more expensive headphones like the Focal Clear, of course, the Clear have a different sound, stronger bass, fuller mids, and they don't have the sound of the highs that are distinct in Hifiman.
Initially, I used them with the DragonFly Cobalt, but it didn't have enough power sometimes in certain songs. Now I use them with the Chord Hugo 2.

Ο ήχος είναι κρύος και το μπάσο πάει βαθιά χωρίς ποτέ να μπλέκεται με τα μεσαία, το μπάσο δεν είναι σεισμικό και κινείται στο background, αν σας κουράζει το διογκωμένο μπάσο και θέλετε κάτι ελαφρύ είστε εδώ, το μπάσο δεν είναι thin απλά είναι ελαφρύ. Για κάποιους θα είναι φωτεινά αλλά για εμένα είναι ακριβώς αυτό που θέλω. Tα ψηλά είμαι smooth.
Θέλουν σίγουρα εξωτερικό dac και ενισχυτή ακουστικών.
Έχουν μεγάλη ανάλυση και λεπτομέρεια αλλά δεν πλησιάζουν σε λεπτομέρεια πιο ακριβά ακουστικά όπως focal clear, βέβαια τα clear έχουν άλλον ήχο, πιο δυνατό μπάσο, πιο γεμάτα μεσαία και δεν έχουν τον ήχο των ψηλών που είναι ξεχωριστός στα hifiman.

Purchased from abroad, nevertheless I will write opinions for those interested in getting them if they are ever sold here. The construction is quite good with metal all around; the cups are relatively heavy but sit well on the head and do not tire due to the leather on top. The pads are velvet on the part that touches the ear and leather on the outside; they are relatively shallow and will definitely touch the ears inside, but it doesn't bother because they are foam inside. The cable is a cable you find in headphones for 30 euros; it seems very fake, but the good thing is that you can easily find plugs to fix it since it is not something special like the Sennheiser HD660 or Focal Clear, etc. The sound is what I expected, incredibly fast with amazing separation, exactly what everyone said about the Planars... What they don't have, however, is the warm sound, nor is the bass as some say stronger than the HD650... it is a different feeling; the HD650 is more intense and warm with presence, while the Sundara is more flat and cold, reminding a bit of the 770 pro, but it goes low, you hear the progression but you don't feel a thump. Also, I should mention that the ear pads are adjustable up and down, but they don't tilt, which sometimes bothered me on the front of my face... Update 2024, The first Sundara v1 I bought had a cable issue and the pads opened up; 2 years later I bought the V2, they had different pads, much better in quality, but unfortunately, the poor quality leather cracked on the sides in the first year. Lastly, I was unlucky, and the left driver sounded louder than the right. Fortunately, Hifiman's warranty and support were immediate, and they replaced both the cable, pads, and headphones (they asked me to send a photo of the damaged products before sending me replacements, strange)... So personally, I will say that yes, they are not headphones that have good quality control, but at the price they are now, 250 euros, they are worth the risk. For those who have them, do a test: play a song and slowly bring your hands close to the headphones; you will see that the sound changes significantly; these specific membranes are incredibly sensitive to air movement.

Κατασκευη ειναι αρκετα καλη με μεταλο παντου γυρω γύρω στις καψες ειναι σχετικα βαριά ομως καθονται καλα στο κεφάλι και δεν κουραζουν λογο του δερματος πανω .
Τα pads ειναι βελουδο αυτο που ακουμπαει στο αυτι και δερμα απο εξω ειναι σχετικα ριχα και σιγουρα θα ακουμπανε τα αυτια μέσα , ομως δεν ενοχλει διοτι ειναι αφροδες εσωτερικα.
Το καλώδιο ειναι ενα καλωδιο που συναντας σε ακουστικα των 30 ευρο φαινεται πολυ ψευτικο ομως το καλο ειναι οτι βρισκεις ευκολα καρφια να φτιάξεις μιας και δεν ειναι κατι ξεχωριστο οπως τα Sennheiser HD660 Focal Clear κτλ κτλ.

Επίσης να πω οτι τα μαξιλαρακια ρυθμιζονται πανω κατω αλλα δεν παιρνουν κληση πραγμα που μερικες φορε με ενοχλουσε στο προσωπο μπροστά ...
Αν κάποιος ψαχνει πλαναρ τοτε στα 370 που εχουν στο εξωτερικο τα προτείνω .
Ενημερωση 2024 , Το πρωτο Sundara v1 που ειχα αγορασει μου βγαλε ζημια σε καλωδιο και τα pads μου ανοιξαν , 2 Χρονια μετα αγορασα τα V2, ειχαν διαφορετικα Pads πολυ καλυτερα σαν ποιοτητα αλλα δυστηχως η κακης ποιοτητα δερματινη εσκασε στα πλαγια στον 1 χρονο, τελος ειμουν ατυχος και ο L driver ακουγοταν ποιο δυνατα απο τον R.
Ευτυχως η εγγυηση της Hifman Και το Support ηταν αμεσα και μου αλλαξαν τοσο καλωδια , Pads οσο και ακουστικα ( μου ζητησαν να στειλω φωτο με κατεστραμενα τα προιοντα πριν μου στειλουν, περιεργο ) ... Οποτε προσωπικα θα πω οτι ναι δεν ειναι ακουστικα που εχουν καλο Quality Control παρολα αυτα στην τιμη που ειναι τωρα 250 ευρο αξιζουν το ρισκο .
Οσοι τα εχετε καντε ενα τεστ βαλτε να ακουσετε ενα τραγουδι και σιγα σιγα πλησιαστε τα χερια σας κοντα στα ακουστικα , θα δειτε οτι αλλαζει ο ηχος σε μεγαλο βαθμο , οι συγκεκριμενες μεβρανες ειναι απιστευτα ευαισθητες στην κυκλοφορια του αερα.

Κατασκευη ειναι αρκετα καλη με μεταλο παντου γυρω γύρω στις καψες ειναι σχετικα βαριά ομως καθονται καλα στο κεφάλι και δεν κουραζουν λογο του δερματος πανω .
Τα pads ειναι βελουδο αυτο που ακουμπαει στο αυτι και δερμα απο εξω ειναι σχετικα ριχα και σιγουρα θα ακουμπανε τα αυτια μέσα , ομως δεν ενοχλει διοτι ειναι αφροδες εσωτερικα.
Το καλώδιο ειναι ενα καλωδιο που συναντας σε ακουστικα των 30 ευρο φαινεται πολυ ψευτικο ομως το καλο ειναι οτι βρισκεις ευκολα καρφια να φτιάξεις μιας και δεν ειναι κατι ξεχωριστο οπως τα Sennheiser HD660 Focal Clear κτλ κτλ.
Ηχος ειναι οτι περιμενα ,τρομερα γρηγορα με φοβερο separation οτι ακριβος ελεγαν ολοι για τα Planars... Αυτο που δεν εχουν ομως ειναι ο ζεστος ηχος ουτε το μπασο ειναι οπως ορισμένοι λενε ποιο δυνατο απο HD650 ...., ειναι διαφορετικη αίσθηση στα HD650 ειναι ποιο εντονο ζεστο με παρουσία στα Sundara ειναι ποιο στακατο ψυχρο θυμιζει λιγο τα 770 pro παντος παει χαμηλα ακους την προοδευτικότητα αλλα δεν νιωθεις τρανταγμα.
Επίσης να πω οτι τα μαξιλαρακια ρυθμιζονται πανω κατω αλλα δεν παιρνουν κληση πραγμα που μερικες φορε με ενοχλουσε στο προσωπο μπροστά ...
Αν κάποιος ψαχνει πλαναρ τοτε στα 370 που εχουν στο εξωτερικο τα προτείνω .
Ενημερωση 2024 , Το πρωτο Sundara v1 που ειχα αγορασει μου βγαλε ζημια σε καλωδιο και τα pads μου ανοιξαν , 2 Χρονια μετα αγορασα τα V2, ειχαν διαφορετικα Pads πολυ καλυτερα σαν ποιοτητα αλλα δυστηχως η κακης ποιοτητα δερματινη εσκασε στα πλαγια στον 1 χρονο, τελος ειμουν ατυχος και ο L driver ακουγοταν ποιο δυνατα απο τον R.
Ευτυχως η εγγυηση της Hifman Και το Support ηταν αμεσα και μου αλλαξαν τοσο καλωδια , Pads οσο και ακουστικα ( μου ζητησαν να στειλω φωτο με κατεστραμενα τα προιοντα πριν μου στειλουν, περιεργο ) ... Οποτε προσωπικα θα πω οτι ναι δεν ειναι ακουστικα που εχουν καλο Quality Control παρολα αυτα στην τιμη που ειναι τωρα 250 ευρο αξιζουν το ρισκο .
Οσοι τα εχετε καντε ενα τεστ βαλτε να ακουσετε ενα τραγουδι και σιγα σιγα πλησιαστε τα χερια σας κοντα στα ακουστικα , θα δειτε οτι αλλαζει ο ηχος σε μεγαλο βαθμο , οι συγκεκριμενες μεβρανες ειναι απιστευτα ευαισθητες στην κυκλοφορια του αερα.

Planar at such a price is a no brainer, class above closed back headphones (unless you want headphones for monitoring). If you want Hi-Fi sound with very satisfying transients, quite good sound stage, they are ideal. There's quite a lack of bass without EQ, but it has almost negligible distortion rate so you can tweak them fearlessly within reasonable limits, of course don't forget to add Pregain Value afterwards (sum in dB of how much you cut and how much you boosted). I don't see myself changing them anytime soon. (And when I say soon, I mean for years, if ever).
Planar σε τέτοια τιμή είναι no brainer, κλάσης ανώτερα από closed back ακουστικά (εκτός αν θες ακουστικά για monitor). Αν θέλεις Hi-Fi ήχο με πολυ ικανοποιητικά Transients, αρκετά καλό sound stage, είναι ιδανικά. Λείπει αρκετό μπάσο χωρίς EQ , αλλά έχει σχεδόν μηδαμινό distortion rate οπότε τα πειράζεις άφοβα σε λογικά πλαίσια, βέβαια μην ξεχνάτε να βάζετε Pregain Value μετά (σούμα σε dB όσο κόψατε, και όσο ανεβάσατε.) Δεν βλέπω να τα αλλάζω σύντομα. (και όταν λέω σύντομα εννοώ για χρόνια και αν).
If you want planar for this money, you won't find anything better. The sound is cold and the bass goes deep without ever interfering with the mids, the bass is not seismic and moves in the background, if you're tired of inflated bass and want something light, you're here, the bass is not thin, it's just light. For some, the highs will be bright, but for me, it's exactly what I want. The highs are smooth. They definitely need an external DAC and headphone amplifier.
They have great resolution and detail, but they don't come close to the detail of more expensive headphones like the Focal Clear, of course, the Clear have a different sound, stronger bass, fuller mids, and they don't have the sound of the highs that are distinct in Hifiman.
Initially, I used them with the DragonFly Cobalt, but it didn't have enough power sometimes in certain songs. Now I use them with the Chord Hugo 2.

Αν θέλετε planar για τα χρήματα αυτά δε θα βρείτε τίποτα καλύτερο.
Ο ήχος είναι κρύος και το μπάσο πάει βαθιά χωρίς ποτέ να μπλέκεται με τα μεσαία, το μπάσο δεν είναι σεισμικό και κινείται στο background, αν σας κουράζει το διογκωμένο μπάσο και θέλετε κάτι ελαφρύ είστε εδώ, το μπάσο δεν είναι thin απλά είναι ελαφρύ. Για κάποιους θα είναι φωτεινά αλλά για εμένα είναι ακριβώς αυτό που θέλω. Tα ψηλά είμαι smooth.
Θέλουν σίγουρα εξωτερικό dac και ενισχυτή ακουστικών.
Έχουν μεγάλη ανάλυση και λεπτομέρεια αλλά δεν πλησιάζουν σε λεπτομέρεια πιο ακριβά ακουστικά όπως focal clear, βέβαια τα clear έχουν άλλον ήχο, πιο δυνατό μπάσο, πιο γεμάτα μεσαία και δεν έχουν τον ήχο των ψηλών που είναι ξεχωριστός στα hifiman.
Αρχικά τα χρησιμοποιούσα με το DragonFly Cobalt, αλλά δεν είχε αρκετή δύναμη κάποιες φορές σε κάποια κομμάτια. Τώρα τα βάζω με το Chord Hugo 2.

Purchased from abroad, nevertheless I will write opinions for those interested in getting them if they are ever sold here. The construction is quite good with metal all around; the cups are relatively heavy but sit well on the head and do not tire due to the leather on top. The pads are velvet on the part that touches the ear and leather on the outside; they are relatively shallow and will definitely touch the ears inside, but it doesn't bother because they are foam inside. The cable is a cable you find in headphones for 30 euros; it seems very fake, but the good thing is that you can easily find plugs to fix it since it is not something special like the Sennheiser HD660 or Focal Clear, etc. The sound is what I expected, incredibly fast with amazing separation, exactly what everyone said about the Planars... What they don't have, however, is the warm sound, nor is the bass as some say stronger than the HD650... it is a different feeling; the HD650 is more intense and warm with presence, while the Sundara is more flat and cold, reminding a bit of the 770 pro, but it goes low, you hear the progression but you don't feel a thump. Also, I should mention that the ear pads are adjustable up and down, but they don't tilt, which sometimes bothered me on the front of my face... If someone is looking for Planars, then at 370, which they have abroad, I recommend them.
Update 2024, The first Sundara v1 I bought had a cable issue and the pads opened up; 2 years later I bought the V2, they had different pads, much better in quality, but unfortunately, the poor quality leather cracked on the sides in the first year. Lastly, I was unlucky, and the left driver sounded louder than the right. Fortunately, Hifiman's warranty and support were immediate, and they replaced both the cable, pads, and headphones (they asked me to send a photo of the damaged products before sending me replacements, strange)... So personally, I will say that yes, they are not headphones that have good quality control, but at the price they are now, 250 euros, they are worth the risk. For those who have them, do a test: play a song and slowly bring your hands close to the headphones; you will see that the sound changes significantly; these specific membranes are incredibly sensitive to air movement.
