The Jo-Jo is a toy that takes the form of a weight suspended on a ribbon. When the weight drops onto the ribbon you hold from the non-anchored end, it unravels and begins to spin. After fully unraveling the ribbon, the weight retains its spinning momentum and, by winding up the ribbon, rises.

To play with the Jo-Jo, you need to pass your finger through the loop of the ribbon and tightly wrap the ribbon around the axle, then release the toy and gently pull up at the right moment.

The toy features lighting effects. It is intended for children aged 3 years and older.
