These are based on the knowledge she has gained primarily from sessions with alternative therapists, as well as her theoretical background in Psychology. The aim is to propose advice that will contribute to the well-being of mental health service users.

In her professional career, the author started as an English teacher and now holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology. With this work, she seeks to promote the wider dissemination of knowledge regarding Alternative Orthomolecular Psychiatry.
