The HPE LTO-9 Ultrium WORM Data Cartridge (MPN Q2079W) offers native capacity of 18 TB, with compression capabilities up to 45 TB (2.5:1). It uses Barium Ferrite (BaFe) media for long-term archival reliability (archival lifespan of up to 30 years). The WORM feature prevents overwriting and supports AES-256 encryption and LTFS. It is compatible with LTO-9 drives and has backward compatibility with LTO-8.
