It helps a lot with the itching. Of course, it does not eliminate psoriasis. I would give it a 5 if it also had a scrub to clean better.

Very good product, it does what it says if you follow its instructions. In my case, the onset of psoriasis, about the size of a matchbox on the scalp, disappeared very quickly, leaving for now a very small pink mark without itching or peeling.

I had been having an obsessive itch on my head for a while, especially when I was lying down, even if I had just taken a shower. With this shampoo, I was saved from the first wash. I use it every time I wash my hair and I haven't had any itching again.

If you have outbreaks, it does nothing. Maybe only for maintenance, but personally, I prefer the one from Apivita.

Since I replaced my regular shampoo with this one, I have calmed down significantly. The psoriasis hasn't completely gone away, of course. But the condition has improved significantly. And the itching definitely. Also, a big plus is that unlike other medicinal products, it creates sufficient lather and I have a normal to nice scent.

In winter it worsens
On the scalp, it is not strong enough to remove the tough flakes
On the eyebrows where there is flaking and itching, it acts soothingly and removes the dry skin
It is mild; I would like it to have a stronger exfoliating action, but it helped with the itching
I did not notice any side effects
I would suggest it as an alternative to other shampoos or for milder forms

Update: After several days of use, I would recommend it for seborrheic dermatitis on the scalp, hair, and eyebrows.

I bought this product after having issues with dry scalp and itching on my head. The choice was made after the positive reviews I read on Skroutz. I know the brand but have never used their products in the past. I can't say that the problem has been solved, but I see improvement. The itching has decreased, which was the most annoying thing I had. It lathers well and the smell is not unpleasant. I use it twice a week

Excellent shampoo, in less than a month with three uses per week, it cleared up the sudden scalp psoriasis that my child had, caused by pre-adolescent hormones as the dermatologist told me. We wash twice and leave it on for about 3 minutes with a good massage. It did an excellent job.

This product is excellent. I am using it for the first time and started using it to prevent scalp psoriasis (only dandruff/flakes) before it reaches the painful stage with inflammation, itching, and irritation. With just three uses, the flakes were removed and the scalp cleared up. Initially, I used it with every wash and now I will use it once a week for prevention, in between my regular shampoo. We wet the scalp, it lathers well, and we let it sit for at least 3-4 minutes, if possible even longer. It smells nice, takes care of the hair, and leaves it soft and lightweight. What else could one ask for!

Guys, I have had psoriasis on my scalp for the past 15 years. This product has calmed the itching and relieved me from the "weight" I feel on my head every winter. Additionally, compared to other psoriasis shampoos for the scalp, it makes a big difference in that your hair doesn't feel like straw afterwards! It's soft and moisturized.

I noticed a significant difference in my skin and scalp. My hair is dyed but has not been affected by the shampoo. Very happy to have found this product.
