Not even worth €13 or €3, the hat is just a piece of cardboard that you wrap and have to hold in place with tape or adhesive to keep it there, plus it was creased. I thought it would be plastic or fabric, round and ready as shown... the MDF has small damages, it is something very cheap and fragile... "high durability"... the only thing really worth it is the socket with the cable and the bulb that I bought separately.
